What do you get when Victoria Beckham collaborates with Estee Lauder? An outstanding 14 piece makeup collection. The collection had a soft release in the US , available only on Estee Lauder online, and Bergdorff Goodman in New York City, and it was an immediate sellout. On October 1st, the collection officially launches internationally, and here in the US we should, hopefully, be able to find it at many Estee Lauder Makeup Counters throughout the country. I am looking forward to the launch because I was fortunate to get a few pieces on Estee Lauder.com, but some of the creme eye shadows, the famous mercury highlighter, and the bronzer are sold out! These pieces, especially the three eye shadows and the highlighter, look awesome to me, and as a makeup junkie, I gotta have them somehow, someway!!!!!
So here’s what I’ve been able to hunt down so far…..

Victoria Beckham curated this collection for Estee Lauder, and she deserves top billing! (Which she gets throughout the whole collection!) When the package arrived , the pieces were in a beautiful black box with Victoria Beckham printed on it in white, and Estee Lauder printed underneath in smaller letters. It was presented as beautifully as the Chanel boxes I receive when I order makeup from Chanel online. You get the feeling you are receiving something very special.

The actual products are packaged beautifully in silver and brown textured boxes that are trimmed in gold.

I was fortunate to get the two lipsticks in the collection

I purchased the Lip Liner in “Victoria”, named after the designer herself!

I also purchased the gorgeous Lip Gloss in the Collection : Moroccan Heat!

One of my favorite pieces in the collection, so far, is the eye foil. It comes in two colors. Unfortunately one of the colors, Blond Gold, has been sold out. I am looking forward to the official launch to see if I can pre-order it. I was lucky to get the other color, Burnt Anise.

Sparkling pearl pigments offer flecks of charcoal, or gold foil to give a liquid-metallic effect. I think this eye foil is gorgeous-I just love it! I can’t wait to try the Blond-Gold Foil!

The formula for the palette produces a soft, easy to apply eye shadow that has no fallout. The shades have nice pigment, so they are not for the faint of heart or naturalist! They are beautifully dramatic! Very high fashion colors, like their creator a very high fashion designer! Fall and winter are all over this palette! I love it! (I still can’t wait to get the three creme shades!)

Top to bottom left side the colors are:
Fired Sapphire – a Mediteranean Sea blue with shimmer
Metal Saffron – a golden bronze shimmer
Grey Amber – a charcoal gray with a hint of Amber shimmer
Top to bottom right side the colors are:
Blonde Cumin – a soft buttery gold with shimmer
Burnished Sage – an emerald green jewel-toned with shimmer
Black Nutmeg – a dark brown with bronze shimmer

It is a moisturizer, it is a primer, and it illuminates and really wakes up your skin to give it a morning “aura”. You can use it under makeup as a primer, over makeup during the day to wake up your look, and you can use it alone to give yourself a healthy, dewy, glowing complexion. This could really be a keeper!!!!!
What I love about the Victoria Beckham Estee Lauder Collaboration is…….they are both fashion icons, so they took the best parts of each of them and together they created one fabulous, fun, fashionable and just incredible collection. I hope they make sure this collection is available to all women, and I also hope that they restock their websites, and lots and lots of Estee Lauder Counters all over the world, so all women can experience what a luxury, designer curated, high fashion collection is all about. It’s a royal treat! Enjoy it, starting October 1st! I really do want every piece from the collection! It’s that fabulous!!
You Are Amazing!!!!!!!!
