You’ve been warned by Pat that we may become addicted to her New, Permanent Eyeshadow Palettes that were released this fall. The Mothership permanent, unlimited eyeshadow palettes are: Mothership Subliminal Palette , #1, Mothership Sublime Palette #11, and Mothership Subersive Palette #111. Each Palette deserves their own descriptions, therefore, I am experimenting with each one individually, and will describe them in separate posts.
Packaging
First, each Mothership Eyeshadow Palette, Subliminal Palette #1, Sublime#11 and Subversive#111 costs ($125). Second, all of the Motherships come in a gorgeous black lacquered case, with four modern, gold hieroglyphic symbols are embossed on top of the outer lid. Furthermore, on the inside lid, the three Motherships have a full-sized mirror. Best of all, each Mothership compact houses ten pure, vibrant and color-saturated Cult Classic Shades.
Mothership Subliminal Palette Formula
There are 6 powderluxe pressed eyeshadows in formulas with matte, pearl, and sparkle finishes.
Four Modern Hybrid pigmented formulas are in metallic, satin sheen, iridescent, and holographic finishes.
The formulas :
- have a creamy soft texture
- have blend ability, they adhere to the eyelids without creasing
- are multi-dimensional finish or a polished finish
- have an emollient-like texture
- glide on with one stroke
- have a velvety matte intensity
- are buildable
- have super-saturated pigments

Mothership Subliminal Palette Shades
Skinshow
The shade ,Skinshow, is champagne platinum with a gold peal shimmer finish. First, use it on the lid to brighten the lid. Also, use it as a highlighter on the brow bone. Furthermore, it can be used both wet, as well as dry, to create more of a glowing effect
Depth
Here, depth is a rich ash brown shade. First, use it in the crease to define the eye. also, use a damp liner brush and line the upper eyelid with this shade.
Ultimate Taupe
Ultimate Taupe is a soft beige brown shade. First, because it is a deep matte shade, it looks great to sculpt and contour the eyelids. Therefore, use it in the crease, or on the outer corner of the eye.
Pale Gold 002
Pale Gold 002 is a cool platinum gold shade. First, use it to emphasize eyelids. Next, use it to highlight the inner corners of the eye. Further, use it on the Cupid’s bow. Also, if you want a platinum-gold effect, or a 24 K glitter, use Pale Gold 002 wet, or dry.
VR Violet
Virtual Reality Violet is a pinky-violet duochrome that yields a chromatic vivid color. Specifically, I would use this shade on my eyelids to emphasize the duality of the two shades.
Xtreme Black
Extreme Black is the ultimate black shade. First, you can emphasize your eyelids by creating a dense, black lid. Also, use it in the crease to contour and define your eye. Best of all, use it with a damp liner brush as an eye liner.
Lilac Dust
Lilac Dust is a muted lavender shade. It is also a multidimensional shade with crystalline. Therefore, I would use it on my eyelids.
Substance
Substance is a cool beige brown shade. Also, it shimmers chocolate brown. Hence, I would use it to add depth and intensity to the eye crease, and on the outer corner of the eye.
Blitz Blue
Blitz Blue is a vivid sapphire shade. Especially spellbinding, I would use this edgy, vibrant blue flash of color to embellish my lids. Further, I would use this as an eyeliner,
Astral White
Astral White is a white shade with a blue flash of color. Specifically, Astral white is a morphing shadow. For this reason, use the shade by patting it over other shades with your fingertip. The result is a color-morphing shade with a sultry shine.
