Charlotte Tilbury introduced two new Charlotte Tilbury Quads . Furthermore, the two palettes are the newest additions to her color-coded eyeshadow quads. If you haven’t tried them yet, each quad has four eyeshadow shades. In addition, the four shades “go-together.” Moreover, each shade has a purpose, First, there is the Prime shade. Next, is the Enhance shade. Then, there is a Smoke shade. And last, you have the Pop shade. First of all, the New Charlotte Tilbury Quads Color-Coded Palettes are “Queen of Glow,” and “Rebel.” To start with, Queen of Glow Palette has “go-together” eye shadow shades in warm copper, brown and bronze. On the other hand, the Rebel Palette has smoky, khaki and gold eye shadow shades.

Some of the other Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow Quads include Pillow Talk, Walk of Shame, and Celestial Pops.

And, all you need to do is follow Charlotte’s steps. And, the steps have numbers, 1-4, that tell you now to apply the shadows. Even more, instead of names, the shadows give you their job on the back of the palette, and on the back of the outer box. One is Prime. Two is Enhance,. Three is Smoke and Four is Pop. I am pretty sure you all know what they mean, and what to do with them.
You can find the two new palettes, Rebel, and Queen of Glow at Sephora, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms, Sephora and on the Charlotte Tilbury Website. And, each of the palettes cost $53.
The New Charlotte Tilbury Quads Packaging

First, the packaging is the signature Charlotte Tilbury case. Also, each case includes a full-sized mirror.

On the other side of the mirror are the four eyeshadow pans. The pans are accented with rose gold. Each eyeshadow is embossed with a number, and label. Moreover, the labels, Prime, Enhance, Smoke, and Pop describe the purpose of each shadow.. Although, the shadows do not have names. Last, the palettes are quads. Even more, they are not large. In fact, they are quite small for $53!
The Formula For the New Charlotte Tilbury Quads Eyeshadows

First, the formula includes multi-reflective pearls, that make the shadows sparkle. Next, the formula includes Glossy Ester. In this way, the shadows have a soft and silky feel. Even more, Glossy Ester adds luminosity to the pigments. Furthermore, the formula coats the pigments. As a result, the pigments feel creamy. Supposedly, the coated pigments have an intense color payoff. However, I disagree. For one thing, no shadows have rich pigments ,with only one swipe, in either palette.

However, they are buildable. In a way, this is better, because you can go as light or dark as you want. Although, that means you need to layer and build the shadows. Some of the shades have a 3D effect. Last, Also included in the formula, Diamond Powder , gives the shadows a jewel-like light. And, this adds luminosity and natural-looking glow to the shadows.
It is best to use eyeshadow brushes to apply three of the shades. However, you need to apply the pop shade with your index finger. One reason is, the Pop shades tend to be a bit gritty.
However, most of the shades are soft, and long-wearing.

The New Charlotte Tilbury Quads : Luxury Color Coded in Rebel and Queen of Glow Last But Not Least……..

First, the color coded, step by step application, makes these palettes easy to use. Furthermore, I love that these palettes are curated by color. As a result, if you aren’t good at matching shades, especially from one of the large palettes, these quads are for you.

The Rebel Palette is a modern take on a green, smokey eye .I love the use of Khaki with gold eyeshadow shades. Also, Rebel is stunning on brown and hazel eyes.

Next, The Queen of Glow is another palette with warm copper, brown and bronze shades. It is not so unusual in that you can find these shades in lots of palettes.

Finally, I love the shimmering shades in both palettes. I think that is what Charlotte Tilbury does best! Although, these shades aren’t as pigmented as they look in the pans. As a result, you really have to layer and build them if you want a more intense look. Again, this is not a bad thing! The reason is, you can create both day and night looks with these palettes.
Last, I do think these palettes are costly. You are only getting 4 shades, in a palette that fits in the palm of your hand.
