I mean it, the fibers are inside the Lorac Pro Plus Fiber Mascara (click here to go to Ulta) ($24). You don’t need two products, the fiber tube, and the mascara tube, or three products, a primer, the fiber tube and the mascara tube. You don’t need lash extensions. And, thank you universe!, you don’t need false eyelashes (which I still can’t put on!). The good news is , you only need one product, a mascara with fibers in it.

Lorac Pro Mascara Plus Fiber, according to the clinical studies, increases lash volume by 1,200%! Wow!
The tube is long, black and extra thick! Does that mean our lashes will look extra thick, black, and lengthy? Lorac claims the formula is buildable, volumizing, and lengthening because it is loaded with nylon fibers that cling to your lashes and act as mini extensions.

Does it help our lashes curl? Do our lashes look longer? Do they look lusher? Are they fuller?

First, the brush shape has a narrow tip at the end which is good for applying the mascara to the outermost lashes, and the innermost lashes, as well as the bottom lashes. Next, the thicker part of the brush was a little more awkward for me because it is too fat, and it touches your skin and leaves messy mascara prints on your face. However, it is no big deal because you can clean it up with a Q-tip. Yet, the supersized brush easily grabs each lash from the roots to the tips, and from corner to corner.
O.k. Let’s put some on. For one thing, the first coats formula seems pretty wet when I first applied it to my lashes. I couldn’t blink right away because I didn’t want the makeup all over my face. I waited til it dried down before I would apply the next coat of mascara. The first coat separated my lashes, and lifted them. It also gave them some curl. My lashes lengthened very little, nothing too dramatic with coat #1. Then I applied coat #2. My lashes became so much longer, and looked curled. Moreover, it was a huge difference between the first and second coats. My lashes actually stood out. The mascara is a bold shade of black, which stands out. I had full, long, and thick lashes that were separated. They were without clumps or smudges.
Sum
I’m impressed. For the simple reason that my lashes look like I have false lashes, or extensions on, without the aggravation of getting the falsies on, or the expense of extensions, and the hours you have to lie still with your eyes closed, Ugh! This took two minutes to put two coats of mascara on each eye, top lashes, and bottom too. If you want an everyday look, use one coat. For drama, use two coats. What a huge difference another coat made!
It really did what it said it would do! I’m impressed, and I love that both the fibers and the mascara are in one tube, in one product. On the other hand, all the other fiber products I’ve tried were two products, and sometimes three. This one is really easy and convenient to use. Have you tried any of the fiber mascara products?
