New, LImited Edition Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Eye Filter Quads have arrived. First, the new Flawless Eye Filter Quads are part of Charlotte’s Hollywood Line. Also, the Hollywood Flawless Eye Filter Quad shadows are soft focus filter shades that play with light. As a result,the shadows will brighten, smooth and illuminate your eyes. Above all, these Flawless Eye Filter Quads will give you eyes the optical illusion of bigger, brighter eyes. The two Quads are Star Aura and Diva Lights. Finally, along with the new Eye Filter Quads, Charlotte introduced new Hollywood Flawless Filter Shades.

New Flawless Eye Filter Quads Packaging
To start with, the outer Flawless Eye Filter Quad Box is a metallic rose gold. Also,the design on the front of the outer box, stars pointing to a diamond center, are the color of the inside compact. Actually, it is the signature burgundy shade that suits all of Charlotte’s paint by numbers palettes.
And,the compact’s lid is the same design that is on the outer box. Only, this time, the design is in gold. 
Additionally,on the back of the box and the compact, is a layout of the palette. And, it shows you the order of the shadow applications. Hence, I call that paint by numbers.
Inside, on one side of the palette is a full size mirror. On the other side of the palette are four eyeshadow pans, with the shadows in them. What I love is the shadows are embossed with the word Hollywood, and a star.
Even more, the compact snaps closed. Then,to open the palette, lift up the outer lid. Again, you’ll hear that click upon opening the compact.
The Formula For The New Flawless Eye Filter Quads
To start, according to Charlotte, the eyeshadow shades in both quads are universally flattering. However, I feel that the Star Aura palette is pretty light compared to the Diva Lights Quad. All of the shades can be worn wet or dry. Therefore, if you want a more intense look, use the shadow wet!
Next, the formula is new. It isn’t the same formula as Charlotte’s other quads. For example, the most recent Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadows I purchased were the Fire Rose Cream Eyes To Mesmerize and CT’s Fire Rose Luxury Palette. Then the new formula is a finely milled powder that includes oils and wax to make the shadows creamy. Additionally,the formula includes a Luminosity Booster for a multi-dimensional glow, and a velvety-smooth finish. Also included in the formula are pearl-pigments that create the iridescent shimmer.
The Star Aura Flawless Eye Filter Quad Shades
Follow the Numbers, starting at the top left:
1 Prime
First, prime, a light pink champagne shade with silver reflects,has a glittering finish. To start with, use this shade all over your eyes as a primer. Or, you can use this shade to highlight the inner corners of your eyes. Also, wear it on your brow bone to highlight the eye. Last, wear this pink champagne glittering shade as a topper over another eyeshadow.
2 Enhance
Next, on the top right, enhance, a blush pink shade, has a metallic finish.Wear the blush pink metallic shade all over your eyelids. For one thing, this enhance shade is soft and applied dry, is too light. Therefore, this one needs to go on wet. Or, wear the enhance shade as a highlighter, on your inner corners of the eye, and on your brow bone. There is no right or wrong way to wear these palettes. There is Charlotte’s way, or you can do whatever you want with the shadows.
3 Smoke
Then, bottom row right, Smoke, a warm brown shade, has a satiny metallic finish. First, if you use it as your smoke shade, then start on the outer edge of your eyelid,and apply up to the outer corner of your eyes, and smoke it out towards the end of your eye brow. Actually, 3 Smoke used with your fingers, and used dry, surprisingly shows up better than you’d think. Also,youcouldwearthis shade allover your eyelids!
4 Define
Last, bottom left, define, a deep espresso brown shade, has a satin-metallic finish. Add definition to your eyes with Define. Wear it in your crease. Also, line your lower lash lines with this espresso brown shade.
The Diva Lights Flawless Eye Filter Quad Shades
1 Prime
First, 1 Prime, on the top row left, a soft champagne shade,has a metallic finish. Wear this soft champagne shade all over your eyelids. Or, wear the 1 Prime shade on the inner corners of your eyes. And, dab some on your brow bones. For a more intense highlighter, wear the prime shade wet.
2 Enhance
Next, 2 Enhance, on the top right, a warm copper shade, has a soft metallic finish. First, wear this copper metallic shade all over your eyelids. Also, you can bring it up, and wear it in your crease. Also, I love that you could mix it with one of the darker shades, and line your lower lash lines with this copper shade.
3 Smoke
Then, 3 Smoke, on the bottom right, a deep espresso shade, has a metallic finish. I would love to wear this shade on my eyelids. Also, wear this deep espresso in your crease. Also, line your lower lash line with this shade. Last,wearthis espresso shade on the outer part of your eyelid, bring it up to your outer corner,and smoke it out towards the end of your eyebrows.
4 Define
Finally, 4 Define, bottom row left, a smoky blackshade, has a satin-matte finish. First, wet your brush and line your upper and lower lash lines with this smoky matte black shade. Also, Enhance the outer corners of your eyes with this shade. Also,wear this shade dry in your crease!
My Final Thoughts On The Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Eye Filter Quads Star Aura and Diva Lights…..
To begin with, the gram weight of the Hollywood Filter Quads (2.8 grams) is almost half the product of Charlotte’s Regular Paint By Numbers Quads ( 5.8 grams). So, we are paying the same amount of money for both the Hollywood Filter and the Luxury Palette Quads. Also,it is more all shimmery shades.palette. Not that special, for $58 for 4 eyeshadows that are half the size as her other palettes. The packaging is pretty much the same. Even the size is the same.
But, the eyeshadow size isn’t! Also, there isn’t anything that special about these quads. Star Aura is more nude, and the colors are similar. Therefore,if you like monochromatic looks, then this one does that. However, neither color story is spectacular. They don’t have even one shade that you can’t find in another one of your palettes. Even Tom Ford’s Quads are far superior, and similar. And,it is a higher quality product, for more shadow weight, and less money. Bottom line, I am disappointed that Charlotte Tilbury would want to take advantage of her customers. My question is , does she think we are stupid?
Last words,the palettes are capable of serving the purpose for which they were designed. Therefore, you can create many beautiful looks with these quads. The new formula is so so. It isn’t nearly as good as her other palettes. If you have mature eyelids, these quads work well. Do you have to have one? No!
