The Tom Ford Belle De Peche Eyeshadow Quad, a limited edition, was inspired by the Bitter Peach Perfume. The formula for this palette is new. Well, maybe not so new, since it appears to be one of his blush formulas. I don’t know why TF keeps fooling around with the formulas for these quads? Other than the beautiful packaging, which is in keeping with the orange Bitter Peach Perfume packaging, and the beautiful shades of peach, the formula for this palette is a bitter disappointment. In other words, formula is a flop! Also included in the Bitter Peach Collection, are two lip shades. The lipsticks, and the eyeshadows all come in matte finishes. So, although the shades are beautiful shades of peach, they are lacklustre, without dimension, texture and pigments.

The packaging for the Bitter Peach Collection is really beautiful. The outer lipstick and Eyeshadow Quad outer boxes are a beautiful peachy orange shade, with deep red shiny writing. 
The eyeshadow comes in a peachy-orange dust bag. The Compact matches the shades of the outer boxes, and the dust bag. 
TF appears in the center of the front of the eyeshadow palette, in deep orangey-peach metallic shade, as does the mechanism on the front of the compact, that opens and closes the compact. Also, the compact has a magnetic closure.
Inside, is a full mirror underneath the lid of the compact.There are four eyeshadow pans. 
And, there are two dual ended applicators in peach and a metallic peach embellishment. Also, the Tom Ford packaging is recyclable.
The lipstick case, a rectangle, is also peach, with metallic piping on the edges, and on top and bottom of the case. 
TF is embossed into the metallic top of the case. 
Inside, the lipstick goes up and down in a metallic tube. 
The lipstick case opens and closes with a click, pulling the lid off, and pushing the lid back down.
The star ingredients in the lipstick are Chamomilla Flower Oil, Vitamin C and Tocopherol, which make it moisturizing on the lips, and it allows the application of the lipstick to glide on easily. The lipstick is richly pigmented.The lipstick has a classic velvet matte finish.
The formula is Free of parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, triclosan, and contains less than one percent synthetic fragrance. It is also vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.
According to the brand, the pressed pigment formula is supposed to give you “ultra-potent, full-coverage eyeshadow delivers an extreme, lustrous matte finish and seamlessly melts onto skin. It has a Lustrous matte finish, gives Full coverage and Melts onto skin!” This is not a good description of the formula at all. 
Instead, the formula was dry, difficult for any brush, even a stiff synthetic brush, to pick up from the pan, and it applied like a no-makeup makeup. 
That means, the colors were barely there.
The Belle De Peche Eyeshadow Quad Shades , a peach theme, has a warm color story. The shades include : Peach Nude, Peach, Burnt Sienna, and a Brown with red undertones.
The Scarlet Rouge Lipstick is a warm, neutral red shade, with a creamy matte finish.
The packaging is beautiful, the shades in the collection are beautiful, even the lipstick is beautiful. Yet, The poor performance of the palette, was a huge disappointment, especially for an $89 Tom Ford Eyeshadow Quad!
