I can’t believe that it’s been two weeks since Christmas. Even more, some of the Spring/Summer Collections are starting to arrive. Additionally, the new Chanel Spring/Summer Collection for 2020 has come out in full force. Furthermore, the inspiration for the Spring/Summer Collection comes from the desert. First, inspiration for the collection came from the muted shades and soothing light in the collection. Also reflected in the collection is the powerful stillness of the desert. One product in the collection, are the Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque. There are 5 soft shades in the Spring/ Summer Liquid Eyeshadow 2020 collection.

You can find The Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and on the Chanel Beauty Website.
Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque Packaging

First, the Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadow comes packaged in Chanel’s iconic outer box. Furthermore, the box is shiny black, with white writing. In addition, the box has gold metallic embellishment on the bottom.

Next, the Longwear Liquid Eyeshadow comes in a clear tube. I love that the tube is clear because you can see the color that is inside. Also, the tube has a twist on, twist off, lid. In addition, the lid is also the eyeshadow applicator.
The applicator is a doe -footed sponge applicator.

One side of the sponge-tip applicator is curved. The other side of the doe foot is the shape of a triangle. Therefore, you can apply the eyeshadow with the rounded side.

And, you can use the triangular side for more details.

This is because the triangle has a pointed tip, which can reach into hard to reach spaces, like the inner corners of your eyes.
The Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque Formula

To begin with, the liquid eyeshadows have a light-weight, watery consistency. They are easy to apply. One swipe will deliver buildable color. Also, for a soft-focus effect, use your fingertip to smudge out the liquid shadow. In the tube, the shadows look shimmering and sparkling. However, once dried, the shadows set down smoothly. They have a metallic finish.

Finally, the liquid shadows don’t flake or crease. In addition, they last a long time, about 8 to 10 hours!
The Shades Of The Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque

First of all, the Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows come in 5 shades. One of the shades Quartz Rose (26), a rose gold shade, has a metallic finish. I decided I already have too many rose quartz eye shadows. Therefore, I passed on this shade. Although, I did purchase the other four shades.
Rayon (22)

First, Rayon, alight peachy shade with gold undertones, has a metallic finish. Moreover, Rayon is the lightest of the five shades.

In fact, you can use this light metallic peachy shade as a highlighter on your cheekbones, down the center of your nose, and on your brow bones and Cupid’s bow.

Additionally, you can wear this soft hue all over your eyes, as a wash of shimmer. Furthermore, wear Rayon, as an eye topper, layered on top of another eyeshadow.
Rising Sun (24)

Next, Rising Sun, a deeper peach shade, with flecks of pink and gold sparkle, has a metallic finish. First, I’m in love with this shade.

One reason, when I think of the desert sky, this is the color I see. It is beautiful all over your eyes. So, you can wear it alone.

And, that is what I would do. However, you can put a darker shadow in your crease.

You don’t need to stick with the liquid shadows for this. Instead, I would use one of my favorite powder shadows as my crease shade.

I think it is easier to wear a powder shadow in the crease.

Desert Wind (28)

In addition, Desert Wind, a light-medium taupe shade, has a metallic finish.

Desert Wind has more pigment than Rayon and Rising Sun. Therefore, you can create more definition with this shade. First, I would use Desert Wind all over my eyelids.

Then, I’d use it as a crease shade. And, using my finger, I would blend it upwards, towards my brow bones. Also, I ‘d love to use this taupe shade to line my lower lash lines.

Remember, the shades are buildable.

Therefore, if you want it to be darker, you can add more coats of shadow. On the other hand, if you want the shade to be more sheer, use your fingertip, and sheer it out.
Vastness (32)

Finally, Vastness, a deep plum shade with brown undertones, has a metallic finish. Again, this is another favorite of mine. I love how the color has shifted from peach, to brown, and now, to plum.

Also, I love this shade all over the lids, then sheered out. Next, wear it as your crease shade. If you need it to be darker, use two coats of color. Then, use it to line your lower lash line. Although, you can also use it to line your upper lash lines. Run point, on the triangle side of the applicator, across your lash line. Then wait a few seconds until it dries. Next, repeat, to create a deeper line.

Chanel Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque Last But Not Least……..

These Longwear Liquid Eyeshadows Ombre Premiere Laque have soft hues. As a result, you can wear some of the lighter shades to highlight your cheekbones.

Furthermore, they look more glittery and sparkly, in the tube.

However, on your eyes, they look smooth. Also, they have a metallic finish. Finally, they last a long, long time. The colors are perfect for the spring and summer. Although, they are great to wear on a tropical vacation. Or, if the dreary winter weather is making you feel blue, put these shadow on.
