Tom Ford has launched the new Tom Ford Summer Soleil Collection for 2021. This year, the collection includes limited edition products such as the Tom Ford Sunlust Lip Gloss. In addition, the Sunlust Lip Gloss , inspired by the sun’s rays, changes colors when it touches your lips. Even more, the collection includes a new fragrance. It is call the Tom Ford Soleil Brulant Eau de Parfum. Even more, it captures the shiny brilliance of the sun beaming over an oasis. Last, are three limited edition Tom Ford Soleil Summer Cream Powder Eyeshadows.
The two-tiered eye colors are not new to the Tom Ford Summer Soleil Collection. However, the three shades that are showcased for summer 2021 are Black Sand, Naked Bronze, and Golden Peach. Furthermore, the Tom Ford cream and powder eye color is a product I began using (I think) during the summer of 2017. It seems to me, Tom Ford developed the idea of a lid topper. The Tom Ford Summer Soleil Cream Powder Eyeshadows Packaging
First, the eyeshadows come in the signature Tom Ford Soleil Collection sunshine-gold textured box. Also, the box has white writing. 
Next, the two shades piggyback in a two-tiered eyeshadow container. Even more, the containers are screwed together. In addition, the bottom container, a clear plastic jar, hold the cream shadow. Then, the top, a gold plastic container, or a white plastic container, holds the powder shadow. 
Both containers are attached with the gold top, or white top, screwing onto the clear bottom. Also, the gold, or white, powder jar has a lid that lifts open, and clicks closed. Underneath the lid, there is a nice round mirror. On the other side of the mirror is the pan of shimmering eyeshadow powder.
Finally, the packaging is compact, clever, and convenient. In addition, it is easy to transport. As a result, I consider the two-tiered jars to be travel -worthy. Now, all we need to do is be able to travel again!
The Formula For The Tom Ford Soleil Summer Cream Powder Eyeshadows
To begin with, there are two different formulas in this two tiered container. Both formulas are emollient and ultra-pigmented. As a result, they glide on easily. Also, they are easy to blend. The result is a smooth, long lasting look. Best of all, you get great color-payoff.
Both formulas create a lustrous, sexy, summertime eye. The cream formula is ultra-pigmented and metallic. It feels like a whipped creamy mousse. In addition, it has a rich “molten glow.” Because it practically glides on the eyelids, it is easy to apply .
The sparkling celestial powder intensifies the look with shimmer. Therefore, the high shine, high glitter powder adds dimension and creates an incandescent effect.
For starters, a little cream goes a long way to create a gorgeous look.
Furthermore, use your fingers to apply the glitter The powdered glitter shade layered over the cream creates a spectacular look. I promise, Tom Ford wants you to look elegant and sophisticated, therefore, you won’t look like a disco ball! Instead, what you will have is a beautiful shine on your eyelids. In addition, neither the cream, nor the glitter powder, settles into fine lines. And, the formulas do not crease.
The Shades of the Tom Ford Soleil Summer Cream Powder Eyeshadows
Black Sand
First, Black Sand, a black molten cream shade, has a pearl-shimmer finish. Additionally, you can wear the black molten cream as a base shade. Or you can wear the black molten cream by itself. Second, a bronze powder shade, has a high glitter finish.
For one thing, this shade is meant to go on top of the cream shade. Therefore, I consider this an eyeshadow topper.
It is not meant to be worn alone. The reason is, the toppers have a clear base. Worn alone, you would only see a shimmer.
Golden Peach
Second, Golden Peach, a golden peach cream shade, has a pearlescent finish. You can wear this golden peach shade as a base, or by itself. First, wear it all over your eyelids. Next, bring it up and into your crease.
Third, a bright copper powder, has a high-glitter finish.
Wear this bright copper powder on top of the golden peach cream shade for more dimension and an incandescent effect.
Naked Bronze
Finally, Naked Bronze, a rich bronze cream shade, has a pearl-shimmer finish. First, wear the rich bronze shade as a base shade.
Or, you can wear this cream shade by itself, and call it a day. Then, the gold powder shade, has a high-glitter finish.
Wear this gold shade on top of the rich bronze cream to create a sophisticated shine on your eyelids.
My Final Thoughts On The Tom Ford Soleil Summer Cream Powder Eyeshadows……..
First, I love how convenient the compact two-tier packaging is. For example, you can throw it in your handbag, and apply the shadows anywhere, and everywhere. Even more, this is an easy eye to create. Use your finger, and spread the cream shade all over your lids, and through your crease. Next, pat on the celestial powder glitter, either with your fingers or a stiff shadow brush.
Even more, I love that you can wear the cream shade by itself, or as your base shade, with the powder shimmer on top. However, when you wear the celestial powder layered on top of the cream shade, your eyes will look spectacular. You’ve got to try it to see it!
