In fact, Two Faced Boss Lady Agenda takes packaging to a whole knew level. First, the agenda, a functional, zipped binder, includes a 2018 planner. Also in the planner are makeup tips and makeup tutorials. Second, the agenda includes an eye shadow mega-palette. Third, included in the palette are a highlighter, blush and bronzer. Finally, I almost didn’t see these two surprises in the box, Better than Sex Mascara and a Melted Matte Long Wear Lippie.

The outside of the agenda is awesome. It is a wipe-able, pink faux leather with gold printing. Also, it has a tassel . Furthermore, the agenda has a zipper,to open and close. around three sides.

The shades range from neutrals to jewel tones. Also, the finishes include matte, shimmer, satin and glitter.

#Blessed Luminizer is a highlighter. Will You Merry Me? Is a blush. And, Chocolate Soleil Bronzer is a contour/bronzer shade.

I love the holiday inspired fun names of the 24 eye shadow colors and the 3 face shades. Some of the shades are more pigmented than others. Moreover, some of the shades are super sheer. A few of the shades were a bit chalky. Therefore, those shades had some fallout.

What makes this kit fabulous is the product and the packaging. First, the products include face, eye and lip products. Most important, the shades are gorgeous in the Mega Palette. Also, the Formula is o.k. However, the formula is not as luxurious as the Private eye shadow from Tom Ford . Significantly, Private Shadow costs $38, which includes one single shadow the size of a postage stamp. The Boss Lady Agenda has 24 eye shadows, three face products, a mascara and a lippie for $58. Moreover, also included is an agenda, a yearly planner, makeup tutorials, fun facts and beauty tips and tricks from the Two Faced Co-founder.
