By now you know I’m a fan of all things Rituel de Fille. It is a natural line that the Ramos Sisters approach with fashion forward shades, a natural brand that has bold and exiting colors! Recently, the Ramos Sisters launched a limited edition Midsummer Color Set, including two limited edition Ash & Ember Eye Soot Shades, in the shades Charm and Relic, and an archived shade, Garland. I’m in love with all three shades in the set. Eye Soot is the name the sisters have given to their eyeshadows! I’ve written about Ash & Ember Eye Soot before, but, for those of you who don’t know about this awesome, magical brand, Ash and Ember Eye Soot is a magical potion of intense, smoldering, everlasting color, with a rich texture somewhere between a cream and a powder. In fact, in 2017, Birdie awarded the Ash and Ember Eye Soot the Eco Beauty Award for Best Eyeshadow! These unique makeup pigments can be worn as a shadow, liner or base.
You can find this new Limited Edition Midsummer Shades Seet ONLY on the Website Rituel de Fille. The three color set (3X (0.17 oz/4.9g) costs $117. If you were to purchase individually, one shade would cost $39.
The product comes packaged in a black outer box, with white stars on the top, and a sticker telling you the color inside the box. I don’t see any labels about recycling the box, nor is there an FSC Mix label. 
Inside, the product comes in a tiny hexagonal plastic cylinder that lets light shine and refract with a black plastic screw on lid. The girls do say that their packaging is earth-friendly. I am not sure how the plastic is earth friendly, other than the fact that the cylinder is so tiny, it doesn’t leave a big plastic footprint.
All of the Rituel de Fille products are 99% natural and 100 cruelty-free, made with ethically sourced raw materials, and free from parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, and synthetic fragrances. The Ash and Ember Eye Soot formula creates unique, multitasking color that is created with a blend of natural pigments and oil. The eye soot is a cream to powder formula, that has a lightweight texture. The Ramos sisters’ philosophy is makeup is magic, they use the fewest ingredients possible, and all of their products are created in-house. The brand is not entirely Vegan, they use products such as beeswax, lanolin, or carmine, along with mineral and botanical ingredients.
The Midsummer Shades Set: Charm, Relic and Garland
Charm and Relic are limited editions, Garland is a new color.
Charm, a limited edition shade, is a radiant, blushing peach blossom shade, that has a soft luminosity and a satin finish.
According to the Sisters, Charm is joy captured in color, ethereal and has a dimensional glow. 
This shade is so rare, the brand is only able to make one batch! It will be a collectors item.
Relic, another limited edition shade, is a subtle smokey lavender shade, that has an ethereal lilac shift.
According to the Ramos Sisters, “This shade is unearthly yet inviting, shadowy yet soft. 
Relic is an ephemeral beauty that will only be created once, and produced in vanishingly small quantities.”
Garland, a luminous rosewater pink shade has not been available for over a year!

To apply these shades, use either your fingertips or a dense brush if you want to achieve smudged and smokey dramatic eyes ! 
Also, when you want to use the shade as an eyeliner, use an angled brush. 
Finally, these are perfect midsummer colors, that are easy to apply, and can be considered one and done shades! The brand suggests you press the eyeshadows onto your eyelids, instead of swiping it on. Also, the sisters suggest you first try the shades on bare skin, to “get a feel for how the color will apply and wear on you.”
