Let’s start with the mascara tube. First, it is a sleek, mirrored tube. Also, it is a dark silver shade with white writing. 
Although, one thing that makes this mascara great is the brush. First, the fluffy brush has flexible, densely packed bristles. And, the shape of the brush is it is thicker on the bottom, and it tapers off at the top. Then, at the top the brush comes to a pointed tip.

First, the top ingredients in the New Cake Mascara are waxes. Instead of using beeswax, a common wax ingredient in most mascaras, Roen substitutes beeswax with three other waxes. I love that the formula is clean. Even more, I love the dark black formula. I noticed that the formula was drier than some mascaras. In fact, that is another characteristic of the original cake mascaras. In other words, the formula in the original cake mascaras was more paste, and less liquid. I used to only wear cake mascara in the 90’s! Chanel used to make a great one! All I did was add a drop or two of water. Then, I mixed the water into the cake with the brush.
