Last year Lancome launched their intoxicating, bright, Lancome Juicy Shakers that have achieved Cult Status. This year their newest launch is the Lancome Matte Shakers ($22) , cousins of the Juicy Shakers ( which are sheer lip oil tints). They are packaged like their cousins, both in the shaker bottle, with a unique, rounded cushion applicator for precision application (even in those hard to apply corners!), but the Juices have a gunmetal cap, and the Mattes have a black cap. 
The Juices come in a multitude of shades ( about 19 of them), the Mattes come in seven gorgeous deeply pigmented shades.
The Lancome Matte Shakers are a liquid lipstick with a matte finish. They are super pigmented, and opaque on the lips. They are buildable and easy to layer if you like even more intensity (which I do!)
The seven shades are:
270 – Beige Vintage – a beige nude
272 – Energy Peach – a peachy nude
186 – Magic Orange – a coral orange
189 – Red’y in 5 – a fiery warm red
374 Kiss Me Cherie – red cherry
370 – Yummy Pink – hot pink
378 – Pink Power -fuchsia
The Mattes are liquid lipsticks in a water-in-oil emulsion formula. The formula feels as light as a feather on the lips. Vitamin E is infused, for comfort wear. The color payoff is intense. It has a very light fruity fragrance which dissipates in approximately 90 seconds, which is also the time it takes for the formula to dry down.
Shake the bottle to soak the cushion applicator. then apply to the lips with the cushion. It is that easy, and my lips feel soft and silky, and they look amazing. I am thrilled that Lancome took the shaker one step further and created a lipstick! Just the idea of the unique shaker makes me smile.
