The 10 Second Eye Gel comes packaged in an environmentally conscious, lavender, tree-free paper box, with white writing. Also, the plastic tube is small, so it won’t take up a huge environmental footprint. Finally, the lid is compostable. The lavender lid is also the handle for the flocked, doe-foot applicator. Since I purchased all six shades, Kosas sent me a gorgeous makeup bag.
The formula is packed with anti aging ingredients that are good for your skin. It is a super clean, and comfortable.
The formula includes three call-out , skincare ingredients: Shea Butter and Jojoba Oil, Orange Flower Water, and Galactoarabinan. The Shea Butter and Jojoba oil moisturize and help the gel glide on easily. Also,Jojoba oil is enriched with vitamins.
Orange Flower Water brightens and tones your skin.
Galactoarabinan, from the Larch Tree, is considered a film-former. It works to improve the spreadability and uniformity of the formula , as well as improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and it is moisturizing.
The lightweight formula feels cooling on the eyes. The soft, diffused color can be layered for more vibrancy. Also, you can blend two shades together. To apply the gel eyeshadow, using the doe-foot applicator, swipe on one eye at a time. Then wait 5-10 seconds, and it creates a loose, easy undone look with one swipe. If you want more vibrancy, swipe it again. Isn’t that easy? And, that is how you create the ten second eye.
