In other words, when real fashion meets beauty, they create a unique, and innovative makeup collection. At any rate, today was a rainy, miserable day. Both Pinky and I wanted to get out of the house. So, we took the baby and headed to the King of Prussia Mall! First, we entered the mall through Nordstrom. As we began to look around, Pinky and I, at the same time spotted a really cool makeup display. Namely it was the makeup collaboration Karl Lagerfeld Model co.
First of all, Karl Lagerfeld is the creative director for two fashion houses, Chanel and Fendi. We couldn’t believe that Karl Lagerfeld, iconic in the fashion industry, was trying his hand with makeup. Pinky never heard of the Model co brand. Although, I had heard of the brand, I knew nothing about it, other than the fact that models use it. It turns out that Model co is one of Australia’s fastest growing beauty brands. The Karl Lagerfeld Model co collaboration turned out to be a good one. The reason for this was both brands make women feel beautiful, confident and happy! And, we know how makeup can do just that!

Most important, the makeup in this collection is meant to be collectible. For this reason, “one drop of stock”, a limited amount of product makes this collection a limited edition. What makes this line worthwhile is the packaging. First of all, the design details of the packaging is innovative. For example, the packaging of the lippies is awesome!
One, you twist open the top. Next, when you take out the applicator.
A light will automatically come on.
Yet, there are no buttons or switches. 
They automatically light up through their packaging, which uses an LED light and a mirror. Model co is the first brand to create this lip light design. It is innovative, and useful. 
Also innovative is the heated lash curler. All you need is a battery to heat it up!
Additonally, the packaging is part cat! That is, the eye shadow compacts pay homage to Karl Lagerfeld’s cat Choupette, and to Karl himself.
Therefore, the compact is, in fact, the shape of a cat. And, the cat, Choupette, is wearing Karl’s sunglasses. Moreover, there is a silver K hanging from his collar!
Another attention to detail is the oval shaped mirror inside the palette.
Also, the lippies lid is a sculpture of Karl Lagerfeld in his sunglasses. The silver makeup brush handles are also Lagerfeld in his sunglasses.

Actually, the Choupette Collectable Eye Shadow Palette comes not only in Warm/Nude, but also in Smokey Burgundy.
There are 16 shadows in Warm/Nude. Also, these neutral shades are extremely wearable. The shades have matte and shimmer finishes.
