Did you ever think you’d need an all matte, 30 shades, eyeshadow palette? For one thing, Jeffree Star thought you needed one! Therefore, he created the Orgy Eyeshadow Palette. First, it is Jeffrey’s biggest palette to date. Second, it is an all matte, nude eyeshadow palette. Although, sometimes, you may want to add some dimension to your matte looks. As a result, Jeffree Star Orgy Mini Palette fixes that problem. with the Mini Orgy Palette. In fact, Mini Orgy is the companion Palette to the Main Event, Orgy Palette. The Mini Orgy, nine shade, have shimmering, metallic finishes.

Are You Mortified By The Jeffree Star ORGY Name?
Are you mortified by the name of these palettes? Certainly, you must be used to the sexual nature of makeup names, For example, Nars has been at it for years, with their Orgasm Collections. In fact, their most recent shade being Orgasm X Summer .2020! Even more, Google’s robots are always reprimanding me when I write about these products. Now, Google Robots aren’t going to know what to do with themselves! Even worse, Jeffree extended the sexual nature of the palette to the names of the shades. Oh Boy! Google is going to have a field day!
Inspiration For the Jeffree Star ORGY Collection
One definition of ORGY is “excessive indulgence in a specified activity. You must have heard someone say, they had a food orgy! In this way, a food orgy means an over indulgence, and over consumption of food. Another example is, a buying orgy. In this way, it could mean they went on a spending spree. Or, they bought more than they needed. In other words, they were excessive with spending .
Hence, Jeffree used the word more along those lines. As a result, Jeffree was inspired by the “orgy” of nudes in his 30 nude shades in his Orgy Eyeshadow Palette.Maybe he was implying that the palette nudes were a bit excessive. And, he may be right!
The Jeffree Star Orgy Palette and Mini Orgy Palette Packaging
Let’s start with the outer boxes. Both palettes have naked bodies all over the front of the outer boxes. Next the Large Palette has Jumbo Letters of ORGY spelled out in 3D.
On each shiny letter, Jeffree, in the flesh, is hanging off of it in some way.
Also, inside, the palette has a large mirror on one side. On the other side are 30 pans of neutral, matte eyeshadows.
Then, the Mini Palette continues with Naked Bodies on the cover of the compact. 
Inside, is a nice size mirror on one side. On the other side, are nine neutral, metallic eyeshadows. Both palettes are made with hard cardboard. Therefore, to open them, just lift up the cover, Then, to close the palettes, just lay the cover back down. In additions, the shadows are embossed with stars.
The Jeffree Star Orgy Palette and Mini Orgy Palette Formula
First , the ORGY Palette matte shades have both warm and cool tones. The mattes feel soft and buttery. Some of the shades aren’t as pigmented as other shades in the palette. In fact, there are five rows of shades. Each row is for different stages in your application. For example,, the first row are base shades. The second row has transition shades and crease shades. Row 3 shades are good for creating a smokey eye. Next, row 4 are shades for transitions, blending, and for deeper shades in the collection.Last, the most pigmented shades, are perfect to line the eyes.
The shades blend well . Also, they seamlessly blend into each other. Above all, the mattes, in Jeffree’s iconic formula, feel creamy. The shades aren’t chalky. There is little, if any, fallout. Even more, the shades lasted longer when I used a shadow base.
Mini Orgy
Second, the Mini Orgy Palette is the companion palette to the Main Event! They aren’t as pigmented as they appear in the pans. The formula includes diamond shimmers. Two of the shades appear to have little pellets in them. They are Glass Wet and Orgy. Actually, this palette should have wowed me. I love shimmers and metallic shades. However, out of the two, the mini was the one I was disappointed with. The pigment was not what it looked like in the pan. Instead, the shades went on rather sheer. Therefore, these shades were more of a topper, or a sheer inner eye shade. Also, they could act as highlighters. Not so impressed with this one.
The Jeffree Star Orgy and Mini Orgy Palette Shades
Orgy Eyeshadow Palette Shades
First, the Orgy Palette has five horizontal rows of eyeshadows. Each row’s eyeshadows are pigmented from the Lightest pigments,to the Light pigments. Then, the pigments continue to get deeperm , going from Light, to Medium pigments, And, the pigments continue to be more pigmented when the Medium Pigments go even darker. So, the fifth row are the darkest pigments. As a result, you have the choice of six shades, per row, to make your selection.
Row 1 Across Jeffree Star Orgy Palette
First, I’m Shy, a bone white shade, has a matte finish. Second, Vanilla Latex, a soft vanilla shade, has a matte finish. Third, Implant, a pale peach shade, has a matte finish. Four, Teach Me, a pale cream shade, has a matte finish. Fifth, Silk Robe. a pale rose shade, has a matte finish. Sixth, Seduction, a nude beige shade, has a matte finish.
Even more, the shades in Row 1 have the lightest pigments. As a result, you can use any of the six soft, sheer shades as base shades. For one thing, they are too light to do much of anything else! So pick the tone you want, and use it all over your eyes. In this way, you’ll have your base coat.
Row 2 Across Jeffree Star Orgy
To begin, Voyeurism, a soft yellow shade, has a matte finish. Then, Fluffer, a pale pink shade, has a matte finish. Next, Blow Out, an apricot beige shade, has a matte finish. Gender Fluid, a peach beige shade, has a matte finish. Also, Body, a light tan shade, has a matte finish. Last, Bed or Floor?, a lilac peach shade, has a matte finish.
The Row 2 shades have a bit more pigments in them than the shades in the first row. Also, these shades are great transition shades. Therefore, they can be used to transition your crease shade.
Row 3 Across Jeffree Star Orgy
First, Knee Pads, a soft taupe shade, has a matte finish. Second, Safe Sex, a tan rose shade, has a matte finish. Third, Top, a warm tan shade, has a matte finish. Bottom, a rosy tan shade, has a matte finish. Fifth, Versatile, a rose wood shade, has a matte finish. Last, Cunnilingus, (google, this is the name of an eyeshadow shade, please don’t tag me!) a medium brown shade, has a matte finish.
The shades on Row These shades are more pigmented than the first two rows. So, you can use then as a transition shade, on your eyelids, and in your crease.
Row 4 Across Jeffree Star Orgy
One, Craving Chocolate, a milk chocolate shade, has a matte finish. Two, All Night Long, a soft toffee shade, has a matte finish. Three, Body Chills, a smokey brown shade has a matte finish. Booby Trap, a rich chestnut shade, has a matte finish. Next, Invitation Only, a warm cocoa shade, has a matte finish.
The shades in row 4 are very pigmented. Therefore, use these pigmented shades in your crease, on the outer corners of your eyes, and as a liner on your lower lash lines. Also, use these shades to create a dramatic smokey eye.
Row 5 Across Jeffree Star Orgy
First, Money Shot, a deep, warm brown shade, has a matte finish. Next, Explicit, a smokey mocha shade, has a matte finish. Third, Happy Endings, a deep earthy brown shade, has a matte finish. Fourth, Orgy, a dark chocolate shade, has a matte finish. I’m Close, a cool espresso shade, has a matte finish. Finally, Glory Hole,a blackened brown shade, has a matte finish.
The shades on row 5 are richly pigmented. These shades are deep! I would wear them to line my eyes. Also, make a smokey eye statement with these shades.
The Jeffree Star Mini Orgy Palette
First row, Glass Wet, a Sheer Diamond shade, has a metallic finish. Second, Champagne Drip, a champagne gold shade, has a metallic finish. Next, Gagging, a peachy gold shade, has a metallic finish.
Then, Soaking Sun, a bold copper shade, has a metallic finish. Also, Frozen Fire, a pink copper duochrome shade, has a metallic finish. Last on row 2, Bath House, an icy platinum shade, has a metallic finish.
Last row, Explicit, an antique bronze shade, has a metallic finish. Then, Foam Party, a taupe gold shade, has a metallic finish. Finally, Eiffel Tower, a burgundy brown shade, has a metallic finish.
Wear these shades to add dimension to your Orgy Matte Palette looks. For example, you can wear these shades as toppers, on your eyelids, on your brow bones. Finally, don’t stop at your eyes. Wear these shades on your cheeks!
My Final Thoughts On The Jeffree Star Orgy Eyeshadow Palettes …….
First, the Orgy Palettes have a surreal nature to them. For example, the name Orgy seems surreal. In a world with so many makeup brands to choose from, Jeffree Star’s makeup stands out. Or, to put it in other words, you won’t forget Jeffree’s makeup. It really makes an impression. whether or not you think it is a good impression, is up to you. But, you can’t deny that you won’t forget it.
Answer To My Question, Do You Need a Matte Palette With 30 Shades of Nude?
To answer my own question, I never thought I’d need a nude palette with 30 shades. And, I still don’t. For example, with 30 shades, there may be some that you want. However, mostly you probably won’t wear all of the shades. In fact, many of the shades read different in the pan, and look like other shades on your eyes. In other words, you really don’t need all those variations of a sheer wash of color.
On the other hand, different skin tones look good in different colors. I have to admit, there is every single tone of beige, cream, and brown in this palette. So, in this Orgy Of Nudes, there is a shade for everyone.
Last, Jeffree has a great matte eyeshadow formula! For one thing, it is so creamy. It is so easy to apply, and blend. Even More, I like that Jeffree included a companion palette of all metallic shades. One word about the MINI palette is, the formula on two of the shades was awful. And, the rest of the shadows were just o.k. Nothing more to say about them!
