Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipsticks are iconic. The reason is, his formula is outstanding. In fact, it sets his lipsticks apart from all the rest. And, of course, his shades are fun, daring, and vibrant! Most of all, his products are exciting! And, they are fun. They make me happy. Two other bundle collections preceded The Mini Rainbow Bundle. First, Volume 1, “Open Here For Nudes” shades are Nudes. The second bundle, “Love Me , Love Me Not” Volume 2 has Red and Pink colors. Jeffree Star Mini Rainbow Lip Bundle Packaging
First, I think the lip bundle packaging is awesome. First, the mini’s box is a big one! In fact, it looks like it could be a large novel, or an encyclopedia! Therefore it makes a big statement!
The Velour Liquid Lipsticks come in mini bullet-shaped tubes.
Furthermore, the lid of the tube becomes a doe-footed applicator wand. I love that the tubes are clear. In this way, you can see all of the vivid rainbow colors of the lipsticks.
Mini’s are great for a few reasons. First, and most obvious, they are easy for small bags on a night out on the town. Also, great for travel when weight is an issue. Last of all, mini’s are a great way to try out a new product, or new shades!
Jeffree Star Mini Rainbow Lip Bundle Shades
First, Diva is a bright warm pink shade with gold shimmer. It is a beautiful shade that matches Jeffrey’s pink accent shades.
Red Rum, a cool red shade, has a matte finish. I’ve never had one, but I’ll take Jeffrey’s word on it.
I am in love with the Flamethrower shade, which neon orange with a matte finish.
Queen Bee is a-the bright yellow shade of a bumble bee with a matte finish
Equality, an emerald green shade with a matte finish, is exclusive to the Mini Rainbow Bundle.
I love the movie, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and I love the bright blue-green shade with a matte finish.
Also, I am not sure I would wear Blue Velvet on my lips. However, the vibrant royal blue matte shade is my favorite color in the bundle. Therefore, we’ll have to find a way to wear it, Won’t we?
I’m Royal, a bright purple shade with a matte finish, makes me think of the Royal Family, and their newest member, Megan Markle, The Duchess of Sussex.
Jeffree Star Mini Rainbow Lip Bundle Formula
Above all, Jeffree’s products are vegan, and cruelty free! Yaye Jeffree! The highly pigmented, opaque formula is insane. Most important, the formula is Jeffree’s signature, long wear formula. Therefore, the liquid lipsticks feel buttery. Also, they have a lightweight texture that is smooth and doesn’t streak! Best of all, the formula won’t dry out your lips. Also, it stays on my lips like glue!!!!
Jeffree Star Mini Rainbow Lip Bundle Last But Not Least…………
My best advice for you, first you need to exfoliate your lips! This will make them feel nice and smooth. I suggest trying one of Jeffree’s lip exfoliators! Then, I apply the liquid lipstick with the doe-footed applicator. Remember to let it dry before you touch your lips. Of course, I made the mistake of touching my lips within second, and smeared the lipstick all over myself. It wasn’t pretty!
Furthermore, do not disregard these shades. For instance, I am in love with the Blue Velvet Shade. However, I am way too old to wear it on my lips. But, I still love it.. I’m preparing for a big, two week trip to Italy and London on Sunday. My husband just showed me his very swollen foot. Now, I’m not so sure if we will be able to go. The trip is my birthday present because I have a big birthday at the end of the month. Also, I have been very sad because one of my Great Danes passed away last week. In other words, I really wanted to go on this trip!!!!! So, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that everything will be o.k.
