If you’re into blinding, glistening, high-shine, and glossy eye looks, you’ve got to check out the new Jeffree Star Cosmetics Eye Gloss Powder! It is special because it is not a loose eyeshadow powder, instead, it is a solid eyeshadow formula, that claims to be wet (so – it has a bit of moisture built into the formula, that clings to your eyelids, as if you had applied an eyeshadow base, (which you didn’t do!) So far, the Eye Gloss Powder comes in eleven gorgeous shades. I haven’t purchased anything from Jeffree lately, until I saw his newest launch, the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Eye Gloss Powder. I knew this was a Jeffree Product that I had to have. The most difficult part, for me, was choosing my shades. Beautylish had a limit, 5 shades per person. I am definitely going back for more!
You can find the Jeffree Star Cosmetics New Eye Gloss Powder at Beautylish and on the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Website. Each Eye Gloss ( 0.16 oz. / 4.5 g) costs $22. Although, you can purchase the whole bundle for $205, which on their own, if you were to purchase all eleven shades, they would cost you $242. So you would be saving $63. I wish I had done that in the first place! They are that good!
The packaging is so Jeffree! The outer box is metallic pink, with a signature Jeffree Star – Star – on the center of the top of the box. Radiating from the star appears to be rays of sparkle and shine. Eye Gloss is written in large white font on the front of the box, powder is written in smaller white font underneath. All of the Jeffree Star secondary packaging (boxes) is fully recyclable. The majority of his primary packaging is also recyclable! The Eye Gloss Powder comes in a lightweight see-through plastic jar, with a light pink plastic screw on lid. On top of the lid is the Jeffree Star logo.
Inside the jar, covering the eyeshadow , is a stopper. The stopper holds and pressed down the powder, keeping it in place. Also, the stopper keeps the formula tight, and it won’t let air into the product so the formula isn’t compromised.
Unlike anything else, the New Jeffree Star weightless, wet-powder formula features a high concentration of pearl.
Plus, the formula has a versatile, putty-like texture, lightweight and smooth, is formulated for the ultimate staying power! It lasts all day. The formula feels spongy, almost mousse-like, but not in a wet way.
Also, the formula is highly pigmented for high-impact looks. The formula feels creamy, and has little fall out.
Easy to apply, the formula can be applied with your finger for a more intense look, or a brush for a less intense, sheer look.

The shades I purchased are Brain Freeze, Stardacity, Voyeurism, and Blunt of Diamonds.
Brain Freeze
Brain Freeze, a sheer blue shade, with silver and gold shimmer, has a metallic finish.
Stardacity
Stardacity, a champagne shade with multi-color pearls, has a duochrome finish.
Voyeurism
Voyeurism, a light brown shade, with silver, pink and gold pearls, has a metallic finish.
Blunt of Diamonds
Blunt of Diamonds, an icy white shade,with silver shimmer, has a metallic finish.
The shades I did not purchase are : Voodoo Glass, a sheer gold with a green shift, Crystal Joint, an Icy white shade with gold and silver pearl, Mood Ring, a Sheer lavender shade with an icy silver pearl, Wyoming Window, a Brown shade with gold shimmer, Black Onyx, a Black shade with silver, and white pearls, Peach Goddess a Peachy gold shade with multi-color pearls, and Frozen Fire, a sheer champagne shade with a pink-gold shift. I can’t wait to go back and purchase three more stunning shades: Mood Ring, Frozen Fire, and Peach Goddess!
You can apply with a wet brush, for more intensity, or a dry brush for a light coating of the Eyeshadow Gloss Powder , resulting in a sheerer, softer look.
Although, when you apply the Eye Gloss Powder with your finger, results become more of a blinding, glistening, glossy, high shine, super intense look. I can’t wait for summer, when I will love wearing these blinding, intense, glossy metallic eye looks. Jeffree has a hit with these gorgeous Eye Gloss Powders! Yes, they are that good!
