The formula contains multi-faceted pearls. Specifically, the crushed pearls capture and reflect light. As a result, they create a multi-dimensional look. Also, the formula is buildable. The only way to successfully apply Scattered Light Glitter is with your fingertips. I suggest you use an eye shadow base before you apply the glitter for best results. Additionally, you can layer the formula to build up the intensity. Hourglass suggests you always replace the clear disc before putting the lid on.

I love this new shadow.. Although, I love anything that sparkles! First, I am in love with the pigments, which make the gorgeous shades sparkle. Next, the glitter lasts a long time, without creasing! Also, I love the feel of the glitter because it is smooth and creamy. And, the formula is weightless, so you don’t feel like you have anything on!
I know I have too many glitter shadows. But, I couldn’t pass on this one!
