I love when Hourglass releases something “new!” The newest release is a limited edition palette that has everything you need to finish, brighten, contour and highlight your face. The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit – Surreal Light Palette ($80) is available for the 201 Holiday Season.
The New Hourglass Palette is in a beautiful compact that is elegant, substantial and it looks marbleized.
When you open the palette, you have five never before released shades
On the left, in the large rectangular pan, is pressed powder. The top two squares are two blush shades. Underneath the blushes on the bottom left is a bronzer, and next to the bronzer, on the right, is the highlighter. The shades are flattering for every skin-tone.

The Powder – Surreal Light is a sheer, nude finishing powder that replicates the way your face looks with the lighting of the “magic hour”, when the sun brings the softest, most flattering glow to your complexion.

Bronzer:
Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Surreal Bronze is a neutral tan with surreal light
Blush :
Surreal Glow Blush is a pale peony pink with Surreal light.
Blush:
Surreal Effect Blush is a cool rose with a soft warm peach.
Highlight-Strobe
Surreal Strobe Light is a glimmering peach. This can be applied wet for a more intense highlight. Place this highlighter on the tops of your cheeks, on the bridge of your nose, on your brow bone, and on your cupid’s bow.
The formula incorporates Photoluminescent Technology, which uses the optical transparent particles to flatter the look of your skin by refracting favorable light.
