Who wouldn’t want a face palette that gives you instant results and takes 5 minutes to apply! Charlotte Tilbury launched her newest, Limited Edition Charlotte Tilbury Instant Look In A Palette 5 Minute Face: Beauty Glow ($75). It is a goof proof palette designed for the woman who is always on the go, and wants a quick and easy look.
Beauty Glow is the newest of three palettes. The other two palettes; Natural Beauty, and Seductive Beauty were a little too light for me, and way too sheer. The Beauty Glow Palette is the perfect palette for me because it is a warm palette, composed with warm brown-bronze tones and rose golds that are so flattering and emit a radiance that has summer written all over it.
The colors are pigmented and gorgeous. All the colors in the palette compliment each other. Each pan is numbered, which is the sequence that Charlotte designed for your easy to apply look.
There are three eye shadows in the Beauty Glow Palette. They are numbered 1,2 and three, the order you apply each.
Step one – Eye Brighten – it is the color correcting, shadow that you use to prime the surface of the eye lid.

Step One
This is the first step in your eye shadow application. The shade is a shimmering pink-champagne .
Next to the Eye Brightener Primer, is the Eye Enhance. This adds dimension to the eye lid to illuminate the lid for a glowing effect. I love this shade too, it is a shimmering coppery-rose.

After Eye Enhance, Shade three, Eye Smoke, softly defines eyes in a matte, warm chocolate shade. Step three is to define your eyes, in a natural look, and build it and create a more dramatic smokey eye look.

Step four is Face Bronzer. Use this to define the hollows of your cheekbones, your jaw line, and to shade the sides of your nose. 
This bronzer is the same formula as Charlotte’s Film Star bronzer/highlighter in light-medium light. I think it is a bit too sheer for me. It does lend itself to a radiant bronze look.
Step five is Cheek Swish. It is a terracotta-brownish shade that goes on semi-sheer.For a warm terracotta -brownish glow apply on the apples of your cheeks, and then blend it out.

Step six is Cheek Pop. It gives you a natural lit from within glow. It is an uplifting pink shade that you apply to the apples of your cheeks. It is supposed to make the apples of your cheeks pop. In my case, it was a beautiful effect that made the apples of my cheeks glow with a radiant finish. The Pink shade is very sheer, and slightly powdery. I think this shade should have a bit more umph, how it looks in the pan to actually make your cheeks pop.
Step 7 is Face Highlighter that gives the skin a candle light luminescence. Apply it to the outer C section of cheekbones, down the nose, cupid’s bow, and the inner corners of the eyes. It is a pale, off white shimmer.

The palette has everything you need for a full face of makeup that creates a healthy looking glow in just a few steps. 
The powders are formulated for HD technology,they are silky and blendable. You will not only look gorgeous is real life, you will look gorgeous in pictures. I think the palette takes less than five minutes to apply because it is organized into steps, and Charlotte really thought it out. 
The packaging is sleek, and easy to travel with. And most of all, it is easy and quick, and the ethereal bronzed look is perfect for a smashing summer look.
