The Packaging For Bobbi Brown Jones Road Best Eyeshadow
To begin, the Best Eyeshadow comes in the signature light pink outer box. 
Next, the plastic compact is small enough to fit in the pocket of your jeans. Also, to open the compact, lift up the lid. Then, to close the compact, push down on the lid until you hear it click closed. Inside, there is a mirror underneath the lid . 
Although small, the mirror is large enough to see your eyes. On the other side of the compact is the eyeshadow pan, which is the same size as the mirror.
The Bobbi Brown Jones Road Best Eyeshadow Formula
First, the eyeshadows have a powder formula. Additionally, the formula includes two call-out ingredients. First, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract is included in the formula to hydrate your skin by helping it retain moisture. As a result, your skin will feel smooth and soft. It is a fast absorbing oil. However, it is not oily or tacky.
Also, it is supposed to boost the skin’s natural regeneration process. Finally, vitamins and minerals nourish your skin cells.
Second, Sodium Dehydroacetate, an anti microbial preservative, makes it so the eyeshadow performs well, keeping it good to the last drop!
Third, the richly pigmented powder formula has a unique texture, that blends out seamlessly. It feels silky to the touch. Although, because the formula is a powder, expect some eyeshadow kick up in the pan ! However, there is not a lot of fallout. Even more, you can blend and layer the eyeshadows.
Last, the formula is cruelty free, clean, and free of over 2704 potentially harmful ingredients.
The Bobbi Brown Jones Road Best Eyeshadow Shades
First, the Best Eyeshadow comes in 9 shades. However, I purchased four of the shades. Dark Brown, Patina, Ash, and Penny.
The shades I didn’t purchase are two base/highlighter shades Chic, and Cream. Smokey Grey, a lid, crease shade, So Pretty, a sparkling silver shade, and Best Color in the World, a deep grey shade that looks almost black when it is layered.
Ash
First, Ash, a taupe shade, has a matte finish. Even more, Ash is a mid-tone shade. One way to wear this taupe shade is all over the eyelids. In this way, it will give you a wash of color. Even more, you can wear Ash in your crease.
Patina
Second, Patina, a brown-gold shade, has a shimmering finish. This shade feels super creamy. It is slightly cooler toned than penny. Wear Patina on your eyelids.
Penny
Third, Penny, a bronze-copper shade, has a shimmering finish. Penny is another shade that looks great as an eyelid color.
Dark Brown
Fourth, Dark Brown, a dark brown shade, had a matte finish. Dark brown is the collection’s darkest shade. Moreover, the formula feels creamy to the touch! If you have dark eyebrows, you can use Dark Brown to fill your brows in. Even more, this is a great eyeliner shade. Also, you can wear Dark Brown in your crease.
My Final Thoughts On Bobbi Brown Jones Road Best Eyeshadow…..
First, I thought the shadow shades were boring. Even more, they looked like they would be chalky. I should have known better. This is not the case!!! After all, this is Bobbi Brown, and she is at her best with this collection.
Once I started playing with my shadows, I realized that a lot of thought went into the shades. In fact, the shades are really wearable. Of course, Bobbi would know that too! And, there are base shades, lid shades, crease shades, and eyeliners in the collection. Now, I am looking forward to getting some other colors in the collection. Last, the formula is silky, soft and creamy. No chalky shades here!
