The Bobbi Brown 2022 Claret Collection inspiration comes from the Lucky Red, iconic Claret shade for the Spring Collection 2022. One of the products in the Claret Collection are Bobbi Brown Luxe Eye Shadows. The shades come in three finishes. First, Rich Lustre Finish delivers high-impact sparkle. Next, Rich Sparkle Finish delivers a super-charged sparkle. And, the one I am going to review today, Rich Metal Finish, delivers a molten foil effect. What makes the new Luxe Eye Shadow collection is the shades are highly color-saturated pigments that absorb and reflect light, capturing light from all angles to give eyes a vivid, high-impact shine.

The outer box is signature Bobbi Brown black with white writing. The box is recyclable, and the brand has created “a set of sustainability goals to meet by 2025 that will help make Bobbi Brown an eco-friendly makeup brand, and we are already well on our way to meeting them. Our first goal is to have 75% of packaging be recyclable, refillable, reusable, recycled, or recoverable.”
The shadow comes in a plastic gold mirrored square compact, with a B crest on the center front of the compact outer cover. 
To open, push the mechanism on the bottom front of the compact to open. 
To close, simply push down until you hear a click. Inside, underneath the lid, is a full mirror. On the other side of the compact is the round an that holds the eyeshadow.
The formula for the shadows is all-new. It is a multidimensional metallic eye shadow formula designed to give eyes instant incandescence. The formula includes chromatic pigments for intense multidimensionality & the ultimate 3-D metallic effect. Highly-concentrated pigments absorb light and reflect light, achieving vivid, color-true, deeply saturated shade intensity and clarity for deep brilliance and a dramatic payoff.
The hybrid formula has a velvety, bouncy texture that glides on and blends easily. The formula has a long-lasting, 8 hour wear-time. It is crease proof and fade proof. Finally, it can be used dry, or applied wet, using a damp brush. The formula is without Parabens, Phthalates, Sulfates, Sulfites, Mineral Oil, Triclosan, and Formaldehyde.
