Chanel Beauty is slowly releasing their Spring/Summer Collection for 2023. First to be released in the United States The Chanel Red Collection. According to Chanel , the color Red is “a symbol of life, a powerful pigment: Red sets the new collection designed by the CHANEL Makeup Creation Studio ablaze. It expresses itself through various hues and intensities, for a palette that allows everyone to compose a completely unique harmony of colours.”There are two other products, both limited editions, that are not red, and were launched in some countries like Japan, Europe, and even in Canada, but – so far- they are more difficult to find here in the USA. Although, you should now be able to find them in some of the Chanel Boutiques.
I wanted to get this collection into my hands, and tried every which way, until I went on Ebay, and found them in Japan. I had them sent to me, and paid more than if I had purchased them here. The things we do for Beauty! I wish I could tell you what they would cost if I could purchase them in a Chanel Boutique, but so far, no luck. But, I can tell you that the Les 4 Ombres 68 Delices net weight (2g/0.07 oz) and the Fantaisie De Chanel Illuminating Powder Blush net weight (7g/0.24 oz).
Guess What? These two products are NOT RED! First is the Limited Edition Les 4 Ombres Delices Quad #68. This eyeshadow quad is perfect for Spring/Summer 2023 because the shades are a new, soft, and light version of the iconic Chanel Eye Palette, that includes three sparkling pastel shades that contrast with a brownish, luminous matte mauve shade. 
Second is Limited Edition Fantaisie de Chanel, a limited edition blush in subtle pink shades.
Les 4 Ombres Delices Quad #68
The outer box is fun, there is more to it than just a traditional black Chanel Box. The front of the box is black with white writing. 
The four sides of the box are each a color of one of the eyeshadow shades.
The case comes in a black velvet dust bag. 
The case is signature Chanel shiny black with the emblematic double c in the center in white. Inside, there is a nice mirror underneath the lid. 
Also, the palette comes with two applicators, one is a sponge tip, the other is a brush.The shadows are in round pans. 
Each shade is embossed with a fabric design, and the emblematic double cc in the center.
The Shades
The shades give your eyes a more open , illuminated look. There are three sparkling pastel shades, and a deeper contrast shade.
Top Left is a slightly pale, purple shade with a satiny finish. Wear this pale purple shade all over the eyelid, or on half of your eyelid.
Top Right is a powder pink shade with a matte finish. Wear this pink shade on the inner part of your eyelids
Bottom Right is a bright yellow shade with a pearly finish. Wear this shade on the inner corners of your eyes.
Bottom Left is a deeper brownish mauve shade with a luminous matte finish. Use this shade to add definition in your crease, outer corners of your eyes, and to line your upper and lower lash lines.
Fantaisie De Chanel
The outer box has a signature black Chanel front and back. 
The four short sides are alternating one is bright pink, the other is a muted pink
. The case doesn’t come in a dust bag. 
The case is classic shiny black with the emblematic cc in white on the front center. 
But, there is a blush brush that comes in the box, which is in a dust bag. 
Inside the case, there is a mirror underneath the lid, and on the other side is the blush. The blush also has an embossed fabric-like design, with the iconic double cc in the center of the blush.
The Formula
The formula is a first for Chanel, the illuminating blush combines 2 shades, rose gold and radiant pink, and uses tie-dye technology. Therefore, no two blushes look exactly alike- each one is different. Each tie-dye pattern is unique. Even more, the included blush brush was designed specifically for the application of this Chanel blush.
The Application Using the Included Blush Brush
Chanel says to use the flat side of the brush to sweep the powder over the widest parts of our face, like your cheeks and your forehead. Use the edge of the brush on smaller areas, like your T-Zone. Apply a light layer for a natural look, and add more layers to intensify the color and effect.
The end result is the blush leaves behind a delicate veil of luminous color for an ethereal makeup look.
Finally, I really liked this collection, the pastel eyeshadow shades are beautiful for spring and summer. For one thing, they stand apart from the other palettes,so they give you a look you haven’t worn in a while. Don’t expect the blush to give you great blush color payoff, it is more of a luminous, dainty, light look you are getting with this part of the collection.
