Two brand new products, from Dominique Cosmetics, just launched! And I know you are going to love both of them! First is the New Dominique Everlasting Eye Base, which is crease proof for 24 hours. Dominique always recommends you wear an eyeshadow base prior to applying your shadows, for best result. Therefore, the Shadow Base came out at the same time as the new palette, so you can get the best results, and have longer-lasting looks. Although, the star of the new launches is Dominique The Moment Palette. What makes this different from other Dominique Eyeshadow Palettes, are the shades. 
Lately, the Dominique Palettes, Dominique Transition Palette and Unconditional Palette. . are predominantly neutral palettes. Transition is a versatile, multi-use palette with a range of warm to cool neutral matte shades. Define. Contour. Brighten. Highlight. The outer packaging box and the actual eyeshadow palette are the same design, a bright blue, with green, and dark blue that looks very much like the Mediterranean Sea. Or, you could interpret it as the water in a swimming pool . Whatever your thoughts are, this palette definitely screams Spring/Summer 2022! 
The back of the box is a solid marine blue. The writing on the front is in Gold. The writing on the back is white, except for The Moment, in the upper left corner, which is also gold. Also, Dominique want you to get really excited about this palette, so she brought more light to the eyeshadow case, incorporating acrylic.
First, the acrylic brings the palette up a notch, usually, her palettes are stiff cardboard. I like the brightness the acrylic brings to the compact. Furthermore, the compact feels weighty. Also, to open the compact, lift up on the lid. To close, push down on the lid,until you feel a pull from the magnetic closure, another reason the palette is on more on the level with the luxury brands.
Inside the palette is a large, rectangular mirror underneath the lid. 
Written on the mirror, and on the top of the box, in gold, is the inspiration for you, “Letting Go is the Key to Happiness.”I really like it! It is so true. 
Dominique gives you a different inspirational sayings on all of her palettes, I love the other side of the palette, which is shiny turquoise, where the 10 eyeshadow pans with the eyeshadow shades are. 
Also, the shadows are in to horizontal rows of 5 shades each. And, the pans are extra -large, large enough to put a face brush , or a blush brush, into the pan. These shades can be worn on your face.
The Dominique Ever lasting EyeBase comes in the brands signature pink packaging, with grey writing. 
The back of the box has your inspirational saying, “Imagine it. Create it.” I like this inspiring comment, too! 
The product comes in a tube with a screw on lid. 
Lightly give the tube a squeeze, and the base with come out.
I tried to find something on the boxes, or online, about eco-friendly, sustainable packaging. No such luck. In this day and age, I understand that packaging makes the product more enticing, but I also understand how important it is to save our environment. I hope Dominique Cosmetics delves further into finding recyclable packaging, reusable plastics, etc. This is as important, as it is to give women inspirational messages on the packaging. I am surprised that Dominique Cosmetics, which is out of California, isn’t already practicing eco-friendly, sustainability. The brand is Cruelty-Free, and Paraben-Free. 
The Eye Base formula is Dominique’s first, ever, 24 hour, crease proof, formula that creates a base that is even, and smooth, so that your shadows stay in place, and are longer-lasting.
The DC eye-shadow formula is consistently excellent, with both the matte and shimmer shadows. Now, DC introduced duochrome, a foil, and a shadow topper to the mix.
They’re dense, smooth and creamy, intensely pigmented shadows that blend nicely and show up with true color. Her sparkling shades are gorgeous, as she uses crushed pearls in her formula. They are almost as good as Natasha Denona and Pat McGrath eyeshadow formulas. Although, they are makeup artists who have done print, and fashion weeks, for years. So, for an influencer, I think her Formulas are right up there with Natasha D and Pat McG. The matte shadows kick up a bit of fallout but it doesn’t interfere with application as long you tap the excess off of the brush. They’re easy to blend and retain their color even as they blend out. The shimmer shadows are incredibly dense and smooth with a nearly metallic finish, and I didn’t experience fallout when applying them.

Stepping Out, an army green shade, has a matte finish.

Mesmerized, an iridescent shade, has a multi-shimmer, duochrome finish. This is a gorgeous sparkling shade, that you can wear as a highlighter on your brow bone, inner corner of your eyes, Also, wear this shade on your cheekbones. It is sheer, but buildable, so you can make it more opaque. Also, wear it over another eyeshadow as a topper.
Life Of The Party
Life of the Party, a turquoise shade, has a sparkly, foiled finish. This shade is the star of the palette. In fact, notice, the inside of the palette, is turquoise. According to Christen Dominique, the palette was created around this shade.

Dinero, a gold shade with a green reflect, has a shimmering finish.
La Noche
La Noche, a black shade, has a silver reflect, and a matte finish.

And, the shades make this your summer glam palette. Although, if you aren’t ready for full-blown, editorial glam, Dominique gives you enough rustic bronze tones to anchor some of the glam shades.
