To start, it is almost here! The holiday season! And, the holiday season is the time of the year when we love to get glitzy and glamorous! In fact, the beauty industry has been launching glamorous, limited editions. As a result, we can glamorize our makeup bags for the glitzy season! The Bobbi Brown’s Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette is one of my favorites! Moreover, this limited edition eyeshadow palette is seven shadows in the very expensive luxe formula. The thing I love about this palette is it includes essential jewel tones, multi-dimensional neutrals, and a few shades that glimmer from e very angle. In addition, the Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette will et you ready for all of your holiday looks.

Get yourself ready for the holidays will be easy with the Bobbi Brown Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette. And, you can find the palette at Nordstroms, and on Bobbi BrownCosmetics Website. And, the Luxe Gems Palette costs $75.
The Bobbi Brown Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette

Interestingly, the Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette Packaging is different this year. First, the outer box resembles something that Nars would do. In fact, it looks just like the Holiday packaging Nars did for last years holiday collection. In other words, the metallic outer box has , what looks like, cut diamonds, flashing. Then, the Bobbi Brown Eyeshadow Case is textured gold angles of diamonds. Although, the case is gold metallic. Moreover, opened, the inside resembles Pat McGrath’s Mothership Palettes.

First, it has a beautiful, full sized mirror. Next, the colors are in circular pans. Instead of Pat’s ten shades, the Luxe Gems Palette has seven shades. Also, the seven eyeshadows, set in a black lacquer frame, is a take off on the Mothership packaging. Finally, the case has a magnetic closure.
The Formula For The Bobbi Brown Luxe Gems Eyeshadow Palette

The formula includes color-true chromatic pigments. These chromatic pigments will give your eyes a multi-dimensional 3-D effect. Furthermore, the 7 shadows come in the Luxe Formula. In other words, the Luxe formula is Bobbi’s high-end formula. Therefore, the reason the palette is so expensive is because the higher-end formula is expensive to make.Even more, you can use the shadows wet or dry.
If you use the shadows wet, they’ll become more intense. Furthermore, a wet application makes the shadows have more of a shimmery finish. In addition, the shadows are easy to pick up with an eyeshadow brush. And, for the really metallic shimmers, you can apply them with your fingers. In that way, you won’t have as much fallout!
Moreover, the shades are creamy and buttery. And, they have a smooth texture. Additionally, , they are easy to apply. Furthermore, they are buildable. Finally, the shadows last for approximately 8 hours, without an eyeshadow base.
The Seven Eyeshadow Shades in the Bobbi Brown Luxe Gem Eyeshadow Palette

Incandescent

To begin with, Incandescent, a peach shade that shifts to a golden sparkle, has a multi-chrome finish. Used dry, Incandescent is sheer. Therefore, if you want to take advantage of this multi-chrome finish, wet the brush and then apply the shade shifting shadow.. Furthermore, when used wet, you’ll get more bang for your buck! Therefore, used wet, I would do what is called a single statement eyeshadow. I would use the wet Incandescent shade all over my eyelids. Then, I would highlight my brow bones and inner corners with Incandescent used dry. Then, I would line my eyes with one of the darker shades in the palette. On the other hand, you can use a black eyeliner.
Bijou

Next,
Bijou, a soft, muted pink shade, has a creamy matte finish. Furthermore, Bijou is another sheer shade. Still, I had to wet my brush to get some color. As a result, use Bijou as your base shade. Put it all over your eyes. This will help make your shadows last longer.
Volcanic

Third, Volcanic, a deep purple shade with pink reflects, has a rich, sparkling finish. I love this shade on the outer corners of the eyes. Also, use Volcanic on the outer third of your eyelids. Moreover, you can use this deep purple shade to line your eyes.Last, you can use it all over, as a single statement shade.
Sunstone

Then, Sandstone, a beautiful, light nude- beige shade with silver reflects, has a rich, sparkling finish. Actually, Sandstone looks a bit like a touch of champagne. One way to wear this shade in on the inner corners of your eyes. Then, use sunstone to highlight your brow bones. Moreover, use Sunstone as an eyeshadow topper, over one of the matte shades. In this way, you’ll give your eyes more dimension. Above all, use Sunstone with a damp brush, to give it more intensity. Then, I would love to use Sunstone all over my eyelids!
Ultra Velvet

Next, Ultra Velvet, a chocolate brown shade, has a creamy matte finish. To start , Ultra Velvetis the best shade to use in your crease! Then, use Bijou as your transition shade. In addition, use a damp brush, and put Ultra Velvet in the outer corners of your eyes. You can even put this chocolate brown shade in the outer v of your eyes. Then, smoke it out! Add Incandescent to the rest of your eyelids. In this way, you’ll create a modern, glittery smoky eye!
Electric Sapphire

Sixth, Electric Sapphire, a deep teal blue shade with sparkling blue and light blue reflects, has a rich, metallic finish. For the holidays, I would use this gorgeous sparkling teal blue shade as a single statement shade. Therefore, use Electric Sapphire all over your eyelids, and up to and into your crease. Then, using a damp brush, use Electric Sapphire in your outer V, in the outer corners of your eyes, and to line your lower lash lines.
Black Pearl

Finally, Black Pearl, a pearlized, deep grey shade with silver reflects, has a rich sparkling finish. First, you can sheer this pearl-grey shade and use it as a highlighter, on the inner corners of your eyelids, and on your brow bones. Next, use it over another color as an eye topper. However, once you use a damp brush, or wet your fingertip, and pick up the shadow, you can use the Black Pearl all over your eyelids. In this way, you’ll get a gorgeous metallic grey/silver eye. Also, used wet, you can use it in your crease.

To begin with, it was very easy for me to fall in love with this palette. First, I love the expensive-looking gold packaging. Also, the texture of sparkling diamonds makes the case even more gorgeous! I am glad they took the packaging in a different direction. And, the full-sized mirror makes the palette travel-worthy.
