Are You Ready For A Game Changer? After Christmas, Huda Kattan, makeup artist and Influencer, launched an exciting new eye shadow. In addition, the new Huda Beauty Matte&Metal Melted Shadows is a game-changer. For instance, how long, really, does it take you to apply eye shadow? For example, it takes more time than applying anything else, except for false eyelashes. The reason for this is I never mastered the art of applying false eyelashes, for myself, or for anyone else. Anywhooo, with the Huda’s new, dual-ended liquid matte&metal shadows, it should take you approximately one minute to apply shadow to each eye. After I heard this, I said “sign me up!”

In addition, you’ll find the new Huda Beauty Matte$Metal Melted Shadows at Sephora and on Shop Huda Beauty. Furthermore, each double-ended matte&metal melted shadow retails for $25.
Huda Beauty Matte&Metal Melted Shadows Packaging

First, a clear, plastic box is the outer packaging for the double-ended shadow. Next, each of the two shadows create one product. Specifically, the is black Huda Beauty emblem in the center that attaches the two different formulas.

On the one side, the matte shadow, has a doe-footed applicator.

Furthermore, the doe foot has a flat side.

Moreover, the flat side of the doe foot allows you to use the liquid shadow as an eyeliner.

Furthermore, the doe foot makes applying the matte shadow a breeze. In fact, all you’ll need is one swipe for an opaque finish.

On the other side, the metal shadow, has a paintbrush-like applicator.

Therefore, the brush makes applying the glittery formula easy.
Huda Beauty Matte&Metal Melted Shadows Formula

The formula consists of two different formulas. On one side, is the matte formula. It has rich pigments. Also, it looks like velvet. Furthermore, the matte formula dries to a powder. Also, the formula is waterproof.Above all, the matte formula has oil absorbing properties. As a result, the shadow stays in place. Hence, the shadow doesn’t crease, or fade. On the other side is the metal formula. It is a super metallic, glittery formula. Moreover, the formula creates bold looks. The formula is both wear-proof, and water-proof. Also, the metallic formula is totally smudge-proof. And, the shadow is buildable and blendable. Above all, you can wear the metallic glittery shade layered, or you can wear it by itself.
Huda Beauty Matte&Metal Melted Shadows Shades

To begin with, the Matte&Metal Melted Shadows come in five colorways. I use the term colorways because each melted matte and metal melted shadow is one in a duo. Furthermore, the two shades, matte, and metal, are curated to go together. I purchased three of the five colorways.
Therefore, the two colorways I didn’t purchase are Silk Bomber and Bubblegum and Bubble Bath and Pink Champagne.
The three shades I purchased (using the term loosely- because each has two shades), are Faux Fur and Bamboo Hoops, Private Jet and Shimmery Sunset, and Hot Sauce and Cherry Soda

First, Faux Fur is a light bone shade with a matte finish. I would use the bone matte shade as a base color, all over the eye.

Next, its counterpart is Bamboo Hoops, a gold shade with a glittery finish. I like putting the gold, glittery shade on top of the bone matte. One, I’d put it on my eyelids. Also, I would use it to line my lower lashline.

Last, I’d use it in the inner corners of my eyes.

Next, Private Jet is a neutral warm pinkish-brown shade with a matte finish. I would take Huda’s advice, and place three dots of Private Jet in my crease. Next, I would use a brush, windshield wiper style, to blend the warm pinkish -brown shade into my crease. Although, Huda says you can also blend the shadows with your fingertips.

Then, using the Shimmery Sunset shade, I would put it on my eyelids, and use it in the corners of my eyes. Also, I would put a little under my brow bone.

The counterpart to Private Jet is Shimmery Sunset, a champagne shade with a shimmery finish.

Last, the Hot Sauce shade is a warm red color. It has a matte finish. Again, I would use Hot Sauce in my crease. Although, you can use it all over your lid.

Finally, Cherry Soda, is a silvery-red shade with a glitter finish.

Then, using Cherry Soda, I’d apply it to my eyelids, put a dab in the inner corners of my eyes, and add a touch directly under my brows.
Huda Beauty Matte&Metal Melted Shadows Last But Not Least …….

One more thing before I go. Actually, two. First, the formula dries quickly. Therefore, you don’t have all day to play with the shadows. They are supposed to be goof proof anyways. Therefore, in seconds, you’ll have fool proof , blended eye shadows. And, anyone can do it- approximately one minute for each eye! You’ll look like a pro. Like I said, it is a real game changer. The key word here is easy, easy, easy!
