The key to every great makeup look ends up being your lashes. That is why we are determined to have long, voluminous, thick lashes. Whether we create them using false eyelashes, extensions, lash tips, or we enhance our own, with a multitude of mascara formulas that create thick, lengthy, or voluminous lashes, our lashes are the it factor that pull our look together, and create a look that is finished. False eyelashes are difficult for some of us, including me, to glue on, and keep on. Extensions are time consuming, you lay there for hours as they are individually applied, and they are really expensive, and it is difficult to find lash tips that you can easily work with. Lucky for us, there are a lot of realistic mascara tips that will give you the volume, length, and thickness you want to finish your look. There are tons of mascaras to choose from. So, my first mascara tip is :

Find the best formula for you. Do you want volume? Are you looking for more curl? Are you craving longer lashes? There are formulas for that! There is a formula for everyone!

Next, if you want your eyelashes to curl before you put on your mascara, then you can use an eyelash curler.

If you don’t like using an eyelash curler, (I don’t because I am afraid of having it over my eye, yuck!), then you can curl your lashes using a spoon.
It is pretty simple to do. Press your eyelashes into the edge of a spoon, and work your way up the spoon as you go
Wiggle your mascara wand at the base of your lash line for extra volume and definition.
Coat both sides of your lashes to add extra oomph. Add an extra coat to the top of your lashes, and don’t forget the bottom lashes.

Heat your mascara. Warming it up will help with the consistency of the formula, especially if it is clumpy.
Set your mascara tube in a cup of hot water for a little bit, and it will be good to use. This also works when you use a gel mascara with fibers in it.
You can also heat your eyelash curler using your blow dryer. This will turn your lash curler into a mini curling iron to give your lashes a longer-lasting curl.

Tightlining your eyes will make your lashes look fuller.

Tightlining will boost your mascara look.

It cosmetics makes a mascara that lengthens, adds volume, and gives you the appearance of wearing an eyeliner.

Priming your lashes makes a huge difference in keeping mascara on your eyelashes, and helps mascara “go the extra mile!”

- different formulas provide different results on lashes
Layer multiple formulas, such as adding a volumizing formula layered over a lengthening formula. Combining different formulas creates a “super mascara formula.”

Baby powder adds volume.
Dusting powder on between coats of mascara will build up the volume on your lashes. You will get major volume!

To achieve a similar effect like the powder trick, apply eyelash fibers.
Eyelash fibers adhere to the lashes to boost volume and length.

Of Course there are mascara formulas that come with their own fibers.
.

Another type of mascara that helps amp up your lashes is Tubing Mascara.
Tubing mascara forms tiny tubes around each individual eyelash.
It has another benefit.

Tubing mascara wipes off with water. No scrubbing at all, and no makeup remover required. If you roll your fingers around the lash, the tube comes off.
Bend Your Mascara Wand. Bending the wand at the base of the brush will give you better control of your application.
The control you get with bending the wand will give you more volume.
Some mascaras come with a bend brush.

You can purchase a mascara wand that bends or is already bent.
Try a lash lengthening serum to help your eyelashes grow longer.

Add Castor Oil To Your Eyelash Routine.

Castor Oil conditions and promotes hair growth on eyelashes and eyebrows. It is a popular natural treatment.
