FOODS TO EAT THAT HELP WITH DRY WINTER SKIN

SHEA BUTTER, AND OTHER NATURAL OILS SUCH AS JOJOBA, ALMOND AND GRAPE SEED- keep skin soft and provide a protective barrier against harsh weather conditions
WEAR SUNSCREEN IN WINTER – the UV Rays are harmful any time of year. The ultra-violet rays of the sun reflect from snow 80% more than they do from sand!

AND DON’T FORGET THE DRY HEAT INSIDE, WHICH ALSO DRIES OUT YOUR SKIN IN THE WINTER. THE USE OF HUMIDIFIERS IN YOUR HOME PROVIDE MORE MOISTURE IN THE AIR, WHICH IS BETTER FOR YOUR SKIN.

We have at least six more weeks of cold temperatures! I hope these tips will help you get your glow back long before the spring!
You Are Awesome!
