If you are in to using cruelty free, vegan products, give Pretty Poison Lipstick a swipe! Sugarpill Pretty Poison Lip Color ($20) is new at Beautylish. I was attracted to the adorable, fun, super – glittery packaging and the saturated colors!
I love the pink pill-shaped tube. It has a flat bottom, in case you want to display it on your vanity.
Sugarpill (the brand name) is written on the inside of the tube, in the silver metal tube, where the lipstick is housed. It is written in pink, with hearts. The company made certain that their packaging was exceptional – and they were right to do so because who could resist a lipstick in a pink glittery tube with hearts on it? Not Me!!!
The colors are intense, saturated and beautiful! They make a statement! They can be applied with one swipe, or you can build the shade to look super opaque, a phenomenal look . Once on the lips, the lipstick feels weightless and has a super smooth texture. Ingredients such as Sunflower Seed Oil, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Honey Suckle Flower Extract, and Jojoba Seed Oil leave lips smooth, soft, creamy, and conditioned.
I purchased four shades: Nurse, Glint, Girl Crush and Cubby.
Nurse is a True Red matte. It has blue undertones. 
Girl Crush is a Vivid Fuchsia matte.
Glint is a warm gold metallic.
Cubby is a peachy coral matte.
Beautylish offered a few more shades, an orange matte, and a dark teal matte. I love the shades I purchased. Chubby, the peachy-pink matte is a shade I consider an everyday neutral (for me! I’m olive complected with black hair, so I need color- even in my neutral shades!) I instantly developed a crush on Girl Crush! It’s perfect for out to dinner, date night, and black tie affairs! Glint is a warm gold that I would use on top of any lipstick to give it a warmer, golden metallic tint. I wouldn’t wear it alone, but if you are daring enough to wear it by itself, Awesome!, and please send me a picture! Nurse is the perfect red shade – you know …..the one that makes your teeth look really white! (Not the orange-red that makes teeth look yellow!) I would wear this one all the time, day or night! Black Tie or Bowling!
Sugarpill Pretty Poison Lipstick’s high quality packaging, high quality ingredients, and excellent formula make this Lipstick anything but ordinary. I think it is an exceptional, extraordinary Lipstick!
