I love this brand. Three sisters create their own formulas. Even more, they use the smallest number of ingredients possible. Then, the sisters mix all of their ingredients by hand. Finally, they fill the formulas , by hand, into their packaging. Above all, I think this is the most innovative, creative makeup brand that is on the market today. And, the thing I love best is the girls are always creating new formulas, and new products. However, you have to be careful, and purchase what you want quickly, because as you’ll see on their website, their products sell out quickly. One reason is they make their makeup in small batches. Since lipstick is a woman’s best friend, you’ve got to check out Rituel De Fille Forbidden Lipstick. Forbidden Lipstick is the boldest, most pigmented lipstick in the RDF Collection. This is the one to grab when you want to feel powerful!

The Forbidden Lipstick packaging is awesome. The tube comes packaged in the signature Rituel de Fille black box, with white writing, and is decorated with stars. 
The brand is so heavenly, celestial and ethereal, it even shows in their packaging. Also, the shape of the bullet , unique,is super thin. 
The slimness of the lipstick tube was specifically designed so you can line your lips, using the point of the lipstick, turn the lipstick to the top part of where the lipstick is slanted, to find the point. Then, turn the lips stick around and directly apply the bullet to your lips. Easy and convenient.

They pay attention to detail, while creating shades that have intense color and are long-wearing. Finally, the formula, made by hand, mixed by hand, and filled by hand, only uses mineral pigments. The Forbidden Lipstick Formula has the highest concentration of natural pigments. Also, the formula includes mineral and botanical ingredients, along with beeswax, carmine, and lanolin. All the ingredients are natural, creating a natural moisturizing formula. Rituel de Fille uses the magical side of natural ingredients to make their handcrafted potions. I can’t tell you how many shades Forbidden Lipstick comes in because the sisters are always creating new shades. What I can tell you is, aside from beige, rosy beige,pinks and mauve shades, which are gorgeous, their red shades are stunning. I purchased three shades : Carnal, Written in Blood and Love in Madness.
According to the brand , Carnal, “Delicately composed in the saturated red of carmine, the earthy tones of iron oxides, and the vibrant amber of annatto, is a wearable and natural dark rose lip color that maintains striking depth.” This is a near-red fleshy rose shade that has a creamy matte finish.
Next, Rituel de Fille describes Written in Blood, as: “A vibrant, universally flattering deep blood red lipstick made with carmine pigment from the cochineal insect. Carmine has been worn by women for centuries and imparts a stunning red unmatched by other dyes. This is the very first shade we created, and truly the most perfect blood red lipstick we’ve ever found”. This rich blood lipstick has a matte finish.
