How did Mac create a new lipstick in a kaleidoscope of colors – extreme colors in hues that are imperceptible to our average naked human eyes? They teamed up with a Tetrochromat. It sounds like a robot in a Sci Fi movie, doesn’t it? Evidently, people exist that have the genetic ability to see 100 million hues, hues mind you, that are imperceptible to the naked eyes of the rest of us. Its almost like a Tetrochromat has “kaleidoscope eyes.” So Mac was able to use groundbreaking, High-Frequency, Tetrachromatic Pigments Technology.
Each lipstick holds more pigment than any traditional formulas that exist. The results are an unprecedented spectrum of extreme color, intensity, clarity and vibrancy.
The formula is also new. It is a luxurious gelled base, that melts the instant it meets contact with the lips. It provides a fully saturated color with a satin finish in one swipe!
The lipsticks are encased in bullets that color coordinate with their housed lipstick- yes, they match the lipstick inside the tube. They each have a black base.
I purchased a range of all of the predominant shades. They range from browns, pinks, reds, orange, and purple.
