Milk Makeup has become a cult favorite brand since it’s launch last year. One of my favorite collections from Milk is their Holographic makeup, including a highlighter stick and a lip gloss. The first holographic stick, and lip gloss, Supernova, is a cosmic glow that has a galactic appeal, a prismatic hyper lavender shade, and hyper is the perfect word to describe the glow. This month, Milk launched another shade to add to this awesome collection.
This month was the launch of Milk’s newest Holographic shade, Mars. Mars comes in a holographic highlighter stick, and a lip gloss. It is the perfect summer shade, more subtle than Supernova, it is a more natural, more wearable glow.
Mars Holographic Stick ($28) is actually an “anti-highlighter”, and is for those of us who don’t want frosted cheekbones (especially in the summer!) 
It is a warm rich shade with golden peach undertones and iridescent flecks.
The formula is yummy, and nourishing. It combines mango butter, coconut oil and avocado oil which hydrate the skin and give it a dewiness, and is infused with twilight pearls and meteorite dust for a galactic glow. 
The pigment is so creamy that it glides on the skin and feels like butter. It blends easily,and can be layered. Best of all, it leaves you with a gorgeous summer shimmer!
Mars Holographic Stick is warm, golden peach with iridescent flecks.
If you are tan, olive complected, or darker skin tones, Mars stands out and is really gorgeous.
It can be applied to your eyes, lips, cheeks, and anywhere else on your body where you want a warm, subtle wearable glow.
I also purchased the Milk Holographic Lip Gloss ($24). It is a gorgeous, iridescent golden peach shade that can be worn on it’s own, or over any lip shade as a top coat color that will create a new prismatic hue.
It is packaged in a tube, and it comes with a nice, long applicator with a doe foot tip to apply the creamy peachy-pink shimmer lip gloss. 
Both the Holographic Stick and the Holographic Lip Gloss come packaged in hip,modern-looking see-through cylinders. The ingredients in the holographic lip gloss, like the stick, contains avocado oil, coconut oil, and mango butter.
It has lots of meteorite powder and twilight pearls to give you glossy, beautiful lips with just the right amount of iridescence. It makes your lips feel moisturized. It does not feel sticky, and it doesn’t transfer. It has a longer wear-time than most lip glosses.
Peach is definitely a trending shade for summer. Milk has created Mars, which is a beautiful iridescent golden peach in a highlighter stick and a lip gloss. Both are perfect for summer !
