To begin with, the outer packaging is a recyclable box. Also, a thin vertical slit appears in the center of the outer box. Peeking through the slit is the word Hermes, on an orange background! First, open the box, and there it is in all its glory! 
Your very own authentic Hermes Box! Now, you have your own piece of Hermes! For Real! The orange box IS Hermes! Hermes means luxury. I could have stopped right there! However, let’s go on, and open that orange box! 
Inside is a simple, sleek compact. One, the white plastic lid includes the Hermes emblem embossed in gold. Also, the emblem is about the size of a dime. 
Then, the rest of the compact is a brushed gold metal.

Next, open the lid and you will feel a slight tug. To explain, the compact has a magnetic closure. Inside, an off-centered mirror is underneath the lid. Opposite the mirror, on the other side of the compact, is the off-center, round pan with the powder blush inside. Also, embossed in the powder blush are the words “Hermes Paris”! 
Finally, the lid practically closes itself, as the magnet is strong, and pulls the lid down. Also, the magnet is strong. As a result, the compact will stay closed until you open it.
Another important point, the compact is lightweight, and meant to be portable. In other words, take the blush with you because it is travel worthy. Even more, it won’t open accidentally because it has that strong magnet.
The Rose Hermes Blush Texture Inspiration Comes From Scarves
Finally, the powdered Hermes pigmented blush has texture. In fact, if you are familiar with the Hermes Lipsticks, (the first makeup essential from the brand),the inspiration for the Hermes Lipstick shades came from the colors of the famous Hermes Silk Scarves. Additionally, this time, the inspiration for the blush comes from the texture of the silk twill that the scarves are made with.
The Rose Hermes Blush Packaging Is Environmentally Sustainable and Environmentally Conscious
First, the outer box is made from recyclable paper. Also, like the lipsticks, the blush is refillable. Therefore, the circle pan comes out, and you can pop in a new one. In fact, when you purchase a new refill, a little pin comes with the refill. 
In this way, stick the pin in and pop out the pan. It may take some muscle, to get the original blush pan out. This is because the pan is lightly glued into the compact. You may have to pry it out!
The Formula For The Rose Hermes Blush
To start with, the silky, long-lasting powder is VERY Sheer. Additionally, the texture of the blush is also very light. Although, according to the brand, you are able to control the intensity of the blush. For example, if you apply the blush to your cheeks in a circular motion, you are creating a sheer look.
Although, if you want a more contoured look, apply the blush directly on your cheeks, and take it up to your temples. Finally, for more intensity, the blush is buildable. Therefore, keep layering the blush until you reach your desired intensity.
Also, the blush has a fragrance. Although, this is not your drugstore smelly scent. Instead, the fragrance was created by the director of Hermes Perfumes. Ingredients include, arnica, sandalwood, and hints of green tea.
The Rose Hermes Blush Shades
First, there are eight shades in the collection. I purchased three of the shades. Actually, the three shades I bought are the three deepest shades in the collection. Furthermore, don’t let the Rose Collection confuse you. The reason is, all eight shades are not all shades of rose. The reason is, the Collection is called the Rose Collection. So, don’t get confused with the name of the collection and the color of the shades.
To begin with, I purchased Rose Hermes 32 Rose Pommette. Also, Pommette is a French word that describes the color of your cheeks when the blood rushes to your head. IN other words, I would describe Pommette as a bright pink flush of color on your cheeks.
Finally, all of the shades have a soft matte finish.
Next, 54 Rose Nuit, a medium blue-toned pink shade, has a soft matte finish.
Also, Rose Nuit has a deep, moody vibe. Therefore, if you need your blush to brighten up your face, this shade on medium , tan and deep tones may be too chalky. Also, Rose Nuit has cool undertones. 
Although if you are light or fair, this is a beautiful deep pink shade for you.
Last, 61 Rose Fume, an orange shade, that has warm undertones. 
Rose Fume reminds me of the shade your cheeks turn if you’ve been in the sun too long. 
Or, it reminds me of the color of my cheeks when I sit close to the fireplace.
My Final thoughts On The Hermes Blush Rose Collection…..
First, I love that little orange box! It is really luxurious. Best of all, it is the real deal. Your moms, besties, daughters, would love to receive the Hermes Blush as a gift! One, it is brand new! Two, it is Hermes. 
Three it is a beautiful, easy to use, blush. Furthermore, the formula is lightly textures, lightly pigmented, but it looks like your skin. It doesn’t look like you brushed on a lot of blush. It really melds with your skin. So, it is different from most other blushes. The one thing I am not crazy about is the fragrance. At first, the fragrance really hits you in the face. I don’t understand why blush needs fragrance. Most women don’t like fragrance in their makeup! Although, on the other hand, this is an Hermes fragrance. Some women might like it.
