How much makeup do pack when you travel? If you are like me, you take too much! As a result, Cover FX Perfector Face Palette was made for travel. Moreover, you’ll have two highlighters and a brightener. Also, the palette has blush, contour and a finishing powder. Hence, these six products are all you need to add color, contour and glow! Even more, it sets your makeup! Specifically, the powders in the Perfector Face Palette are in the Cover FX permanent collection. Therefore, when you pack for your vacation, you won’t have to bring six separate palettes. You only need to bring one! Although, you will have to bring the brushes so you can apply the products!

Also important, Cover FX Perfector Face Palette comes two ways. First, there is light-medium. And, there is medium – deep.

You can find the Cover FX Perfector Face Palette at Sephora, Ulta, Beautylish, and on Cover FX’s Website. Finally, the palette is a bargain, because it sells for $45. On the other hand, if you were to purchase all of the shades, you do the math! For one thing, they would cost way more than $45.
Packaging For The Cover FX Perfector Face Palette

The palette , made from plastic, is substantial. Furthermore, inside there is a beautiful, large mirror.

The lid lifts up to open, and locks with a click when it closes. As a result, the palette won’t come undone in your handbag. So, you won’t get powder all over you. And, you won’t have powder all over the palette! Finally, there are six powders in the palette. They are different sizes. The reason is, depending on how much you will use the powder, is what determines the size of the powder.
Formula For The Cover FX Perfector Face Palette

To begin with, the Perfector Palette is a Clean Product. In other words, there is nothing in the ingredients that are toxic to the human body. Also, the palette is cruelty free, free of talc, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil, phthalmates, paraban, suffate, and gluten.
Furthermore, the formula includes Mica and Silica. First, these two ingredients work to smooth the look of fine lines. Next, these ingredients minimize the look of pores. Above all, they create an all-over soft focus, filter effect.
Cover FX Perfector Face Palette Shades

Again, the Perfector Face Palette comes in two color ways. First, the shade I purchased is light -medium. The other shade is medium – deep. I decided to go with the light – medium because the palette has rich pigments. The blush had strong pigments so it would not look washed out on my. On the other hand, even though I have medium to olive skin tones, I thought the medium-deep would only look good on me if I had a tan. Yes, even for me, it was too deep! Also, the two highlighters in the light-medium palette also appeared to be too deep. Therefore, even if you are medium, to tan, I would try both palettes on. You don’t want to have a face palette that may be too light, or too deep for your skintone. That defeats the purpose of having a face palette in the first place.
Cover FX Perfector Face Palette in Light-Medium – Highlighters “Starlight” and “Divine”

First, the highlighters will give you a high-impact glow. So, use them on the high points of your face. Therefore, you can put them on your brow bones, down the center of your nose, on your chin, on your Cupid’s bow, and dab some on your chin. Moreover, you can also give your décolleté, and shoulders a high impact glow.

You can use Starlight, or Divine by themselves. Also, you can mix together both highlighters.
Cover FX Perfector Face Palette in Light-Medium – Brightener “Moonbeam”

To begin with, the Brightener is and it isn’t the same as the highlighters. On the one hand, the highlighters job is to give you a high-impact glow. On the other hand, use Brightener, a pearlescent white shade, anywhere you want a touch of brightness. For example, use the Brightener on the inner corners of your eyes, your brow bone, and your Cupid’s bow. Furthermore, the Brightener, Moonbeam, is much brighter than the highlighters, Starllight and Divine. Therefore, you can also use the Brightener on your cheekbones, and chin. Also, I would wear it on my eyelids.
Cover FX Perfector Face Palette in Light-Medium – Blush “Sublime”

Sublime, a pigmented pink blush shade, can soften your look. Use it on the apples of your cheeks for a healthy flush of color.
Cover FX Perfector Face Palette in Light – Medium – Contour “Silhouette”

Next, contour should be used to add dimension and definition to your look. Therefore, you can chisel out your cheeks. Then, you CAN use the contour is the crease of your eye to create more definition. Also, you can use it to underliner your lower lash lines. In addition, use Sublime on the outer corners of your eyes, and on the outer part of your eyelids.
Cover Fx Perfector Face Palette in Light-Medium – Face Finishing Powder “Stellar”

First of all , Face Finishing Powder adds a soft focus finish to your skin. One, you can use it over your foundation. Also, you can use it on bare skin. Also, it helps to blur imperfections. In the pan, the face finishing powder looks shimmery. However, on your face, it gives you a dewy look and a luminous finish.
Cover FX Perfector Face Palette Light-Medium Last But Not Least……..

Finally, if you love a glowing, multidimensional look. Perfector is Perfect for you. One thing is, you’ll have room in your makeup bag to bring some brushes. I think it’s weird that Cover FX specifically put this palette together so you can travel with one palette. However, they forgot to put the brushes in it!!!!!
Next, I love the pink blush flush. Although, you must not be heavy handed when you apply the blush. The reason is the richly pigmented formula will kill the flush, and give you too much!

Then, let’s talk about the highlighters, For one thing, the highlighters are darker than you would expect for a light-to medium palette. In fact, this is the first light palette I’ve ever purchased. I think Cover FX has to rethink their light and medium shades. Although, the Brightener is perfect! And, it is the smallest pan in the palette. Therefore, use it anywhere you want a touch, the key word here is touch, of brightness!

Personally, I love the Face Finishing Powder. Most of all, I love it because it blurs imperfections. And, I love the dewy finish. Luminous is still very in these day!
Let me know what you think in the comment section below. I love hearing from you. What do you think of this face palette? Fortunately, (or maybe not) there are a few more face palettes coming my way. I am especially excited about the Glowgasm Palette from Charlotte Tilbury, and Natasha Denona’s new Tan Palette. Until then, Have a great weekend! Enjoy the Game of Thrones Finale. I am so sad that it’s almost over!
