The Formula
The formula is the first of it’s kind. It takes the mess out of glittery lipsticks. Furthermore, the Glitter Flip formula removes the many steps, and the other ingredients, that were necessary to create a glittery lip. The formula creates a long-lasting lipstick that hardly needs retouching, therefore you don’t need to remember to take it with you.
The applicator is a sponged tip doe foot, which is straight on one side.
The doe foot applicator sponge is slightly curved for precision application.
The Ciate London applicator reminds me of the applicator on the new Charlotte Tilbury Liquid Matte Hollywood Lipstick, which curves and has a cutout on one side of the sponge. Maybe it is a British invention. Charlotte Tilbury and Ciate London wanted to create unique applicators for easier and a more precise application and, as a result, the flat side becomes useful for lining your lips, and the curved, sculpted side you would use to color your entire lip.
Application
How does the sorcery work where the shades reveal a mix of contrasting 3D glitter? Application of the Ciate London Glitter Flip Transforming Matte Liquid Lipstick is easy if you have two minutes to spare.
Apply 1 even coat directly to your lips
Wait 2 minutes for your lips to dry
Now, Press your lips together and……Voila! Your lips just went from a beautiful matte shade to a dazzling, full coverage glitter lip!
Some Suggestions
Do a lip scrub before or after you apply, or take off , your lipstick. this will remove dried skin and as a result, you will have a smoother application. Also try applying a moisturizer on your lips for a soft, smooth application.

APPLY ONE LAYER – if you apply multiple coats of the product on your lips, they will flake.
One coat gives you lightweight color and a sparkly matte lip.

I love the Glitter Flip Transforming Matte Liquid Lipsticks. They are fun to wear. The glitter is ultra-fine, and not at all chunky, so as a result, everyone can enjoy wearing glittery lips probably because the glitter is not crazy in your face glitter. Furthermore, you can barely feel the glitter, it feels so comfortable and consequently I don’t constantly lick my lips My lips feel soft and smooth. Glitter flip is Kiss Proof because it doesn’t transfer to food, people or napkins!
