This is my most favorite time of year for makeup. All new, for Holiday 2021, makeup, and fall makeup, is coming out every day! One of my favorite brands, Charlotte Tilbury, has come out with lots of choices. One of my favorites, that has been available since 2017, albeit in different shades each year, is the Instant Eyes Palette. 2017 brought the first Instant Eyes Palette. Next, in 2018 Charlotte gave us the Instant Eyes Stars In Your Eyes palette. Next, 2019 brought us the Starry Eyes To Hypnotize Palette. Last year, the Instant Eyes Palette was the Bejeweled Eyes To Hypnotize Palette. Now, for 2021, The Instant Eyes Palette is the Smokey Eyes Are Forever Palette! Charlotte calls the 4 looks, in the Limited Edition Smokey Eyes Are Forever Palette, Hypnotic Eye Glow Looks. Each of the 4 looks includes three eyeshadows that are color-coded. Also, the shades for each look include a 1 Prime, 2 Enhance and a 3 Smoke Shade. All of the gorgeous shades in the new, limited edition palette, are fall/winter shades. A lot of sparkling shades are right in time for the holiday season!

Packaging
First, the Instant Eye Palette Smokey Eyes Are Forever comes in a collectors edition case. The lacquered black case is dusted with multicolor sparkle dust. 
The writing on the case is in gold. To open the case, pull up from the center of the palette. 
To close, simply push down. The palette has a strong magnetic closure that tightly shuts the palette and keeps it closed.
Inside, a full-sized mirror is underneath the lid. 
On the other side of the palette are 12 eyeshadow pans, divided into four looks, each look includes 3 shadows, a prime shade, an enhance shade, and a smoke shade. Also, the shades are numbered 1, 2, and 3.
The packaging is recyclable. The shadows are vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten free.
Formula
To begin with, the Smokey Eyes Are Forever Palette includes different formulas, matte and soft shimmer to metallic sparkle and fluid metal. First, the Matte shadows contain wet or dry powder coated pigments and a powder coating technology where pigments are coated with a mix of silicones and emollient oils. Also, the mattes are are infused with Glossy Ester. This helps to build color intensity and brightness . When you use your shadows dry, the color is easy to blend and build. When you use the shadows wet, they create a luxury cream-like texture with a cushiony soft feel. This helps to prolong play time. Also you will get a smoother-looking finish.
Furthermore, the metallic shade formula includes luminous pearls that give a polished and a wet powder and moulding transformation system, which is designed to amplify the richness of colour with luminosity and a crystal filter effect.

1 Prime – a taupe shade, has a matte finish.
2 Enhance – a golden-green shade, has a metallic finish.

Happy Eyes (sunset-inspired peach-gold)
1 Prime – a rich gold shade, has a metallic finish.

1 Prime – a plum purple shade has a metallic sparkle finish.

Directions For Application
1 Prime – Apply the prime shade all over your eyelids.
2 Enhance -Apply the enhance shade from the outer corner of the eyelid, to the center of the eyelid. Also, use this enhance shade in your crease.
3 Smoke Apply the smoke shade on the top and bottom lash lines. Even more, blend this smoke shade into your outer corners. Then, blend the smoke shade into your crease.
My Final Thoughts….
To begin with, the Instant Eye Palettes are well-known for several reasons. First, they include four looks. Second, 12 new eyeshadow shades included in the palette. Third, each grouping, three shadows, create four distinct looks. Above all, Charlotte Tilbury curates these looks for you. Although, you do have options. One, you can follow Charlotte’s “paint by numbers” directions. That is why I call these palettes, no brainers. The palettes are designed so you can’t mess up! On the other hand, you have the option of creating your own looks. In this way, you can mix and blend any shades you want, using any and all 12 shadows. It wouldn’t be the holiday collection without Charlotte Tilbury’s Limited Edition Instant Eye Palettes! Just sayin!
