To begin with, the Charlotte Tilbury Color-Coded Eyeshadows come in a quad eyeshadow palettes.  Each Color-Coded Palette  has a prime shade, an enhance shade, a smoky shade, and a Pop.  The Pop is the sparkle and shimmer shade that you’d pop on the center of your eyelids!  Because everyone loved her Pop shades, Charlotte decided to make Color-Coded Quad Eyeshadow Palette that only had Pop shades. Her newest Luxury Palette of Pops is called Dazzling Diamonds. Last year, she created two Pop Palettes.  One is the  Pillow Talk Pop Palette.  The other is The Charlotte Tilbury Celestial Pop Palette.

You can find the Limited Edition Charlotte Tilbury Dazzling Diamonds Palette of Pops at BloomingdalesNordstromBeautylishSephora, and on Charlotte Tilbury’s Website.  And, the Celestial Pops Palette (0.08oz./5.2g) costs $53.

The Dazzling Diamonds Palette Of Pops Packaging

First, the Dazzling Diamond Palette Of Pops Palette comes in a limited edition starburst case.  Inside, the case has a full mirror on one side.

On the other side of the the mirror,  are four eyeshadow Pops.  Moreover, the small size of the palette, with a mirror included, makes the palette perfect for travel.  Also, you can throw this palette in a small purse, and take the palette with you.

To start with, the formula includes pearl pigments.  Furthermore, these pearl pigments have a mirror-like reflection.  As a result, it gives your eyes a molten, sparkling finish.  Also, Glossy Ester adds luminosity and a soft, silky feel to the pigments.  In addition, Mica is included to give the pigments a soft, gliding effect.  Therefore, it is easy to apply the shadows.  And, Mica gives the shadows a silky, smooth finish.

How Do You Apply The Charlotte Tilbury Dazzling Diamonds Palette Of Pops Eyeshadows?

First, you can use the Celestial Pops on their own.  This palette is perfect for the holiday season.  In fact, if you want to create a  party look, then, use it like you would a party palette.  Moreover, if you are going to do a shimmery, glittery, celestial look, use your fingers to apply the shadows.  Also, press the pigments on to the center of your eyelids.  Moreover, if you want to create a more dramatic sparkle, use a smudge brush and wet the Celestial Pops!

Second, you can use the Pops as a topper to another shadow.  In this way, the Celestial Pops Palette is no longer a party palette.  Instead, the Celestial Pops Palette becomes an enhancer palette.  As a result, you can totally transform both shadows to create a color that is altogether new.

The Four Dazzling Diamonds Shades

First, the top left shade is a beautiful champagne shade that has a sparkling finish. First, you can use this shade all over your eyelids.  Also, use this champagne shade in the inner corners of your eyes.  In addition, you can use the sparkling champagne shade on your brow bones.

Next, on the right side of the champagne shade is an antique gold shade with a sparkling finish.  This shade has a lot of depth.  Also, it is my favorite shade in the palette.  Therefore, I would wear this antique gold shade all over my eyelids.  It is that pretty!  And, I would love this in the crease!

Then, going clockwise, underneath the antique gold shade is a bronze shade. First, I would use the bronze shade as an eyeshadow topper, over the eyeshadow that is on my eyelids.my eyes.  Also, I would use the bronze sparkle by itself for a starlight eye.

Finally, underneath the champagne shade on the left, is a navy shade that has a sparkling finish.  First, you can do a monochromatic navy blue eye, using the navy shade all over your eyelids.  Additionally, use the navy shade in the crease of your eyes.  And, line your eyes with the dazzling navy shade.

My Final Thoughts On The Charlotte Tilbury Dazzling Diamonds Luxury Palette of Pops …….

DAZZLING DIAMONDS SWATCHES
DAZZLING DIAMONDS SWATCHES

To begin with, I love all of the Luxury Palettes of Pops!  Although, it is important to know that these Pops are sparkling, dazzling shades.  I emphasize sparkling here.  What they are not is heavily pigmented.  They are almost sheer color with tons of sparkle.  However,  out of the fo¨® shades, the navy has more pigment than the other three.  So, if you love that wet sparkling look, the first three shades will do that for you.  If you want an actual color on your eyes,  the only shade that will do that for you is the navy shade.  In the Summer, I love the naked eye that looks wet and sparkly look. During the winter months, I prefer some color.  Therefore, wear a pigmented eyeshadow, and then, add one of the POP shades as a topper!

PS

if you like to play, then, experiment by enhancing, and changing other shadow shades.  See what new shades you can whip up!  Either way you wear it, I know this is a great palette to have.  Besides, it is a lot of fun to play with this palette.  And, if there is a makeup lover in your life, what a great palette to give to someone who loves makeup!
