The Chantecaille Fall 2022 Limited Edition Philanthropic Collection, inspired by the Cougars of North America’s Yellowstone Park, and the Black Jaguars of South America’s Amazon. The Cougar’s natural habitat the rugged mountains in Yellowstone National Park, has been severely damaged, this past June, due to the severe rainfall that caused flooding, mudslides and rockslides that have damaged the Park’s infrastructure. Yellowstone National Park’s rugged mountains are the natural habitat of the elusive cougar. The limited-edition Cougar Eye Quartet, was created to support Yellowstone Forever and their work preserving cougars across the American West. Chantecaille supports Yellowstone Forever, whose efforts to protect the Cougars in the wild. The Cougar Collection includes the Cougar Eye Quarted, and two lip Chic shades. The limited edition Black Jaguar Collection was created to support Amazon Sacred Headwaters Initiative and their work protecting the natural habitat of the Black Jaguars. Proceeds from the Limited Edition Fall Collection purchases go to supporting these charities.

The Cougar and Black Jaguar quartets, and the Lip Chics come in FSC Mix cartons , which are certified paper cartons to make recycling even easier. The Black Jaguar outer box and compact are shiny black lacquer,with white writing, .
The outer box and compact have a picture photo of the head of a gorgeous Black Jaguar peaking through green leaves.
And, the Lip Chic box and lipstick cases are shiny black lacquer and metallic green. 
The Cougar outer box and compact are metallic deep tan-bronze, with black writing. And on the front of the box and compact is a picture of a cougar. 
The Cougar Lip Chic box, and case is half light bronze metallic, and half deep bronze metallic. The case has a metallic closure. 
The plastic compacts are easy to open, by lifting up the lid from the center of the closed palette. Then, to close simply push down until you hear it click. Inside, underneath the lids is a full-sized mirror. On the opposite side of the palette are four eyeshadows embedded in a mirror, in two rows of two.
The Formulas
Formula For Chantecaille Black Jaguar and Cougar Eye Quartets
Chantecaille believes in the healing powers of flowers and plants, and build their formulas on pure ingredients and smart science. The creamy shadows come in matte, creamy chrome , pearl and gentle shimmery textures. 
The shadows are smooth, easy to apply, either with your finger, or a brush, easy to blend, and easy to layer. The different finishes can be mixed together.
Chantecaille products are free of phthalates, sulfates, mineral oil, petrolatum, palm oil, and GMOs. Our skincare is also free of synthetic colors and fragrances.
Formula for Black Jaguar and Cougar Lip Chics
The callout ingredient in the Lip Chics is hyaluronic acid that helps to moisturize and plump the lips.It is a lightweight formula, easy to apply that offers rich, even coverage. Above all, Lip Chic is the best of two formulas, it has the shine of a lip gloss, and the coverage of a lipstick. 
They are not as long-wearing as a lipstick. The formula doesn’t feel stick, like some lip glosses.

Finally, I am in love with this gorgeous fall collection. The Fall Collection includes two palettes.
One palette, Cougar, includes 4 neutral shades, that create a more subtle ombre look, , which I call a soft glam look, where, Black Jaguar mixes neutral shades with an ink blue with sparkling reflects, grey, and the chromatic pearl shade , that creates a full glam look,, like the black jaguar, a more mysterious look!
Both looks are beautiful. The soft glam look is as important as a full glam look! Even if they are not as long-lasting as a regular lipstick, I love the glossy shine, and the way the Lip Chics make my lips feel hydrated, and cushiony.
