The smokey eye is definitely a celebrity favorite. It is also a classic, forever look. If you haven’t, try a smokey eye. It is easy if you use darker eye shadow shades, the right eye liners and the correct blending techniques. Here is How to Do It:
Base-add a pop of color to start off with on your eyelid, and your lower lid. Use a bronze shade if you are fair, blond, and blue eyes. Use a copper shade if you have dark hair, brown eyes, and have a medium-dark complexion.
Define – apply a neutral matte shade in your crease, to soften out the bold color you’ve applied
Blend – the key to any smokey eye is blending. It smooths out the shades and softens harsh lines.
Sparkle – apply shimmering pigment to the center of the eye lid.
Highlight – highlight brow bone using one shade lighter than your skin tone. Also highlight under your eye, and the inner corner of the eye. This makes the eyes look wider.
If you want the focus to be on your eyes, do a nude lip. Otherwise, for a more daring look, do a dark red lip.
