I purchased three palettes: Juvia’s Place- The Masquerade by Juvia’s ($30), The Saharan By Juvia($28), and The Nubian by Juvia($30). Each palette represents Africa, the festivals, the Environment, and even a Queen. The shades are coordinated perfectly to depict the colors of Africa. They create exotic, colorful, fun looks. Don’t be afraid, the colors are beautiful!

The 12 Saharan shades represent the people of the Western African Culture. They are an elaborate and flamboyant people when it comes to their makeup. This palette has pops of color, earthly hues and golds that represent the true Saharan People.

THE NUBIAN
The Nubian Eye Shadow Palette was inspired by the Ancient Egyptian Empire and the Queen of that Empire, Nefertiti.
These 12 shades are reflective golds, coppers, browns and nudes. These are the shades of the egyptian Empire under the beautiful, and strong Queen, Nefertiti.

The palettes are gorgeous, the colors are exciting, and the neutrals are deep and warm. The formulas, for the matte, satin and metallic shades are creamy, smooth, easy to apply, and easy to blend. I forgot to mention that the palettes are made of sturdy cardboard with a magnetic closure. Each palette has gorgeous artwork on the cover, and inside of the palette. The palettes are vibrant shades of fuchsia, pink and a blue-turquoise/teal. I love all of the palettes. I think the colors are warm, and I love the creamy mattes, and satins, the metallics are definitely my favorite.
