The Dior 5 Couleurs Couture Limited Edition Eyeshadow Palettes come packaged in FSC Mix, meaning the outer box is made with a mixture of materials from FSC-certified forests, recycled materials, and/or FSC-controlled wood. While controlled wood doesn’t come from FSC-certified forests, it mitigates the risk of the material originating from unacceptable sources. 
Also, the box is navy matte with silver writing. It is recyclable. The plastic compact, also navy with Dior written, on the center outside lid, in silver, doesn’t come with a dustbag.
To open the palette, lift up on the lid, and to close, press down until you hear it click closed. Inside, underneath the lid is a full-sized mirror. Opposite the mirror are the 5 eyeshadow pans, arranged with a center shade in a diamond shape, and the four other shadows surrounding the center diamond, 2 shades on top, and two shades on the bottom.. 
The shadows hav DIOR letters printed across the top shades, and the bottom half of the palette has DIOR printed using a mirror effect. 
Next to the shadows is a well that holds two dual ended applicators. 
One is a dual-ended sponge applicator with a wide sponge on one side used to apply the shadow on the eyelid to open the eyes, and a thin sponge, for lining the eyes, on the other side. 
The other applicator is a dual -ended brush applicator. 
One side ,has an angled brush, that you would use to add highlights under the brow bone and on the inner corners of your eyes, to open the eyes. On the other side, a fluffy brush, can be used to blend the shades, or to pick up color and apply a shade to the eyelids, or brush a deeper shade in your crease.
The formula is a pressed powder formula that is finely milled, to feel creamy, buttery and soft. Also the ingredients includes aloe vera and pine oil to smooth and soften the eyelids. Rich pigments are included to deliver good color payoff. All the colors work well together, they can be easily blended out for a soft look, or built up for a more dramatic look.
These opulent shades allow you to create a smokey eye look, or go monochromatic and create a tonal shading look. The shades are long-lasting.

New Rouge Dior Forever in classic shade 999 Forever Dior
This is the transfer proof version of this classic shade in a bullet format. It is ultra pigmented, has 16 hour weartime, and is infused with red peony abstract that keeps lips hydrated, and comfortable. Another shade that is gorgeous with both of these palettes.
Finally, both limited edition Dior En Rouge eyeshadow palettes are gorgeous. It is hard to choose between the two. I love both color stories! I didn’t purchase the Brique mascara at the time I purchased the palette, but I just ordered it because I thing the eye looks will be even more gorgeous. All of the lipstick shades are beautiful. I purchased the Rouge Dior formula in Rosewood, a beautiful rosewood shade with a matte finish. Also, I purchased Rouge Dior Forever, the new transfer-proof, 16 hour wear formula in the Dior Classic Shade 999 Red Red, also beautiful. I saw that the Red Red shade now comes in a Velvet Finish, which I love for fall, so I ordered that one too! I’ll give you an update on the Brique Mascara, and Red Red in the Velvet finish when they arrive. I am partial to fall and winter collections, the colors are so vibrant and rich looking. This collection is one of my favorites , so far! The only thing I cannot figure out is why the palettes only cost $29.50 when the rest of the 5 Couleurs Couture Palettes cost $42? Does anyone know why? Not that I’m complaining!
