The beautifying All Over Glow Highlighter comes packaged in a pink outer box. The writing on the box is in gold. The front of the box has an embossed diamond printed all over the front, with the CT Gold diamond in the center of the box.
The rose gold chrome compacts has pink pearlized, iridescent lids, with flakes of glowing pink, powder blue, and gold that remind me of opals. It is a gorgeous , feminine compact. The CT diamond, in the center of the compact, is in rose gold. 
Press the mechanism in front of the lid, and the lid will open. To close the lid, simply push it down until you hear it click closed. Inside, underneath the lid, is a full-sized circular mirror. On the other side of the compact is a large pan with the highlighter. The highlighter has a split pan design, with four stripes, each in a different shade. Also, a quilted design, the diamond, in embossed in the powder. And, In the center of the Powder, Pillow Talk is embossed in the two center shades.
The formula includes finely milled pearls that impart a transparent silky glow. Smoothing Polymers are in the formula to create a blurring finish. Also, Silky Mica, and rich emollient oil are combined to ensure that the highlighter will glide on easily and provide a soft and silky finish. Both shades create an all over glow, without any glitter! Even more, the glow is long-lasting.According to Charlotte Tilbury, the highlighters create the illusion of glass-like, fairy skin.
Use the shades in the highlighter pan individually, on the high points of your face, and eyelids.
Or, swirl all the shades together for an all-over glow. Also, the formula can be used with a wet brush to apply the powders for a super-intense glow.
