Today I am finishing up the Tom Ford Extreme Holiday Collection 2021 with the three Extreme Badass Lip Colors. Already I have taken a look at the two Extreme Eyeshadow Quads in the collection, Tom Ford Extreme X1 Metallust, and Tom Ford Extreme X2 Lavalust. The three Lipsticks are 01 Scarlett Shock, 02 Luscious, and 03 Blush Nu. These lipstick colors are high impact shades, with a velvety matte texture, a metallic luster, and a multifaceted pearlescent finish. You’ll get bold color with one swipe! Bold Color with just one swipe!
You can find the Tom Ford Extreme Badass Lip Color at Beautylish, Selfridges, and on Tom Ford’s Beauty Website. The Extreme Badass Lipstick ( 0.11 oz. / 3.4g) costs $58.
The packaging starts. with the silver metallic box, along with the rest of the collection. The lipstick case lid is metallic silver.
TF is written in white on the top of the lid. The bottom of the case ombres from silver to white. Also, the case feels weighty. And, I can’t be sure, due to the construction of the case, if it has a magnetic closure, or if it is the way the case was build, but when it is closed it is tightly closed! And, when I go to pull the lid off, it is a tight pull.
The cool thing about this lipstick is the bullet is the shape of a stiletto.

The Formula includes light-reflecting pigments and frosted chrome coverage. This lightweight blend, designed to glide over your lips, gives you richly pigmented, bold color in a single swipe. As a result, you are left with a powerful, velvety matte texture that has a pearl luster finish.
The Shades are 01 Scarlett Shock, 02 Luscious, and 03 Blush Nu.

Scarlett Shock, a bright, true-red shade, has a velvety-matte, with a pearl luster, finish.
This shade is right up my ally! I Love the look of a bright red lip! Is it metallic? No, it has a pearly luster.
Does it have a frosted chrome finish? Maybe, if that is what they want to call it.The color is gorgeous. I wear red lipstick with every color!
Luscious, a true berry shade, also has a velvety-matte, with a pearl-luster finish.
This shade is a gorgeous berry. It’s great to wear with your pinks, whites, and always , blacks!
Blush Nu, a light peachy shade with pink undertones, has a velvety matte pearl-luster finish.
The Blush Nu felt drier on my lips than the other two shades. Also, it swatched one way, but on my lips it looked chalky. You would really need a deep lip liner with this one. Definitely not my favorite!

Finally, I love the Scarlett Shock, and the Luscious shades. They feel comfortable on my lips. Don’t get freaked out by the name. These shades are gorgeous. They do not have a chrome-metallic finish. I would describe the lipstick as having a slight pearlized gleam. It is not your teenagers lipstick, for sure. It is stunning and sophisticated! Now, the Blush Nu? I don’t know why, but it made my lips feel dry. Also, the shade was not good for my complexion. For me, it looked chalky on my lips. Remember, it is still a matte lipstick. So the texture , feels a bit dry, and is not as comfortable as a satin finish.
And, now, we are getting spoiled with all the balm-like formulas. If this formula came out a few years ago, when the matte lipsticks felt like dry glue on the lips, then I would say that compared to those old matte shades, this matte feels much better. But, compared to other mattes, today, the formula is definitely dry. Especially Blush Nu, it felt awful.
