Gaga uses all the makeup from the Collection in the movie. The Italian Glam Collection includes the Tanti Baci Extreme Cream Mini Lipstick Set, five shades come in a vegan leather pouch. Also, the collection includes three sparkling , multi-dimensional lip topper shades, La Luce Lip Glaze, the black Liquid Eye-Lie-Ner, from the Haus collection, only, this one comes in limited edition, gold packaging, Evenmore, the collection includes a golden hour Tutti Gel-Powder highlighter. The Packaging
The blush comes packaged in style. Classic Italian bold style packaging, the blush comes in a metallic gold outer box. The front of the box is decorated with a design that reminds me of the sun’s rays . Inside is a small, pocket-sized plastic case. Also, the white case reminds me of the Hermes blush case, which is also housed in a plain round case, with gold accoutrements.
To open the case, simply pull up on the top lid. Then, to close, push down on the top lid until you feel the lid magnetically close. Yes, the lid has a strong magnetic closure, that ensures that the lid is tightly shut. 
Inside, underneath the lid, is a nice-sized round mirror. On the other side of the palette is the round blush pan. 
The center of the blush, which I think of as the equator, has Casa Gaga printed on the blush. 
On both sides of the equator are rays that are embossed into the blush.
The blush size, and magnetic closure, make it travel-worthy. Also, the blush is small enough to fit into the pocket of your jeans.
The Formula
First, the new formula was made in Italy. It is a buildable formula that gives you more color payoff. The long-lasting formula is a talc-free gel-powder hybrid. In fact, Advanced Hybrid Powder Technology delivers a weightless, cushiony, aerated texture. The Key Ingredients include spherical powders and polymers, that have an advanced skin-smoothing effect. Also, they help minimize imperfections. Also, Plant Squalane, is included in the formula because it enhances the skin barrier to support smoothness and emolliency. Therefore, the blush blends seamlessly, either with a brush, a sponge, or with your fingers. Also, you can use the blush to pop or stain your lips. It is long-lasting color, that doesn’t dry out the lips.

The Shades
The Haus of Gaga Tutti Gel-Powder All Over Rouge comes in four shades. Two of the shades were sold out. They are Bellini, and apricot-coral shade, and Rossini, a true pink shade. Both shades have a natural, satin finish.
The shades I purchased are Amarone, and Spritz.

My Final Thoughts
- The Tutti Gel-Powder Blush formula is as beautiful as the shades it comes in. The formula is something between the Pat McGrath blush formula, and the Hermes Blush Formula. I’m really impressed with the packaging, the formula and the shades. The blush applies to the cheeks, and lips like butter. They glide on smoothly, and easily. The pigmented formula allows for good color payoff. I recommend the entire collection, which is a limited edition, so don’t wait until it sells out to fall in love with it.
