What is the black orb? The black orb is a dark, mysterious vessel shaped as a sphere! Inside the sphere shaped vessel, is a new enigmatic Kohl Eyeliner. This is not the first Black orb with an eyeliner inside. The first Black Orb Eyeliner is in fact a black eyeliner. So what is inside the new, limited edition Black Orb? It is an Enigmatic eyeliner. In other words, it is an eyeliner that is presented in a way that makes it appear obscure, mysterious, and mystical. This is perplexing.
We are talking about eyeliner. Although,to understand the brand, it is important to look to the creators. Rituel de Fille makeup, is a brand developed by the three Ramos Sisters. The sisters get their inspiration from the magical side of natural ingredients. Pigment is elemental, ceremonial and powerful. Every formula the Ramos sisters create, they do it themselves, in-house. 
Above all, the sisters approach their formulations as if they were making “potions”. It sounds very Halloween, witchy and all that! Anywhoo, they choose each and every ingredient for a clear purpose. They start from the ground, and go upwards from there, carefully handpicking each oil, pigment and wax. 
In this way, they use only what is necessary. Nothing extraneous is added to their potions. And, they avoid using fillers!
Next, I love Rituel De Fille packaging. The outer boxes are usually not boxes at all. Instead, things seem to come in sturdy silver packets.
Although, The Black Orb does come in a black pyramid box. It’s all very mystical-from the formula to the packaging. 
Then, the eyeliner comes packaged in a plastic black orb, that serves as the vessel that holds the magic inside.
O.K. so we already know that the original Black Orb holds a black eyeliner inside of the orb. That product has been around for a while. Now, the Ramos Sisters have conjured up a new color. The Color is called Iron. 
In fact, the sisters have been in a Red Shift Mood. Since June 2019, the sisters did Moon Drops. In other words, they would introduce new, limited, products that were experimental. Every month, during the full moon, they would have a moon drop product. That is the first time I got to try their brand new Thorne Oil. Now, the brand has decided to introduce their artistry and artisanship in other ways. They hinted about the Red Shift. The First Red Shift release was the new Thorn Priming Facial.
Recently, the second Red Shift is the Black Orb Enigmatic Kohl Eyeliner in the shade Iron. It is a rich, opaque, semi-matte, richly pigmented, deep sultry red shade. According to the Ramos Sisters, the red Iron shade is reminiscent of blood, wine and rust. Also, Iron is a shade that will enhance all eye colors. I love that you can create dramatic eye looks! It is a Daring shade that happens to be really flattering.
Finally, you can create precision, graphic, smokey, or diffused looks. Even more, you can go from a more subtle sweep of color, or a rich deep, dark red.
The rich pigmented formula gives you an amazing color payoff. The rich color has a smooth and silky texture that makes it easy to apply. It is a non-toxic creamy gel-like liner. It doesn’t dry down, so you have lots of play time. It can get smudgy. You can avoid this by setting the liner with a dusting of translucent powder.
To create precise winged eyeliner, use a fine, dense angled brush.
For a Smokey diffused look, use a smudge brush and blend it outwards from your lash line.
Also, use your fingertip to apply the perfect, intense pigmented, undone smokey eye.
