Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette

You know how hard it is choosing the perfect nude lipstick?  For example, I can’t find the right nude lipstick!  In fact, I still am looking for a Kardashian Nude Lip that will look good on me!  Additionally, Natasha Denona launched her nude lipstick, in the  I Need A Nude Lipstick Collection.  Therefore, I had a lot of nude lipsticks to choose.  Yet, I didn’t find my perfect nude shade.  Moreover, the same thing happens when I try to find the perfect nude eyeshadow shades.  The reason I can’t find my perfect nude eyeshadow shade is my nude isn’t your nude!  Huda Kattan must have had the same experience choosing the perfect nude eyeshadows.  Like me, no nudes that I’ve tried so far have fit the bill.  As a result, Huda created her new Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette in three shades: light, medium, and rich.

The Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette Minis come in Nude Light, Nude Medium and Nude Rich

First, the Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette comes in Nude Light.  Furthermore, Nude Light is a mix of peach tones and cool tones.  Also, Huda included a shimmering lavender shade that makes your eyes pop.

Second, the Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette comes in Nude Medium.  In fact, the Nude Medium Palette is Huda’s favorite.  Also, the Nude Medium Palette looked just right to me.  For example, the Medium Nude Palette has warm yellow gold,  rich copper, and rustic pink shades.

Third, the Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette comes in Nude Rich.  Moreover, the Nude Rich shades include deep metallic browns, burgundy, and true gold shades.

Finally, each of the Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette Minis feature 9 variations of the “sexiest” nude shades.  Five of the shades, in each palette, are buttery matte shades.  And, the other 4 shades are complimentary shimmers.  In addition, the shades all work together.  Although, each shade can stand alone.  The reason, the design of each shade, in all three palettes ,look good on all skin tones.  So, you could purchase the one palette that seems to have your perfect nude eyeshadows.  Also, you could buy all three.  Then, you’ll have 27 nude shades to choose from.

I chose to go with the Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette in Nude Medium.  Although, I still may get the Nude Rich palette.

To start with, the packaging makes any makeup experience more fun.  I really liked Huda’s Nude Obsessions Eye Palette Mini Compacts.

First, the case is stiff cardboard.  Interestingly,  the outer lid of the faux leather compact has a crocodile-like texture.  Inside, the palette has a full-sized mirror.  Opposite the mirror, are the nine nude shades.

The Formula For Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette Minis

First of all, the formula is identical to Huda’s Obsessions Palettes.  Therefore, the pigments are buttery and creamy. Also, I’m in love with the smooth texture of the shadows.  Therefore, the shadows are buildable.  Also, they are super easy to blend.

How To Apply The Shades In the Huda Nude Obsessions Eye Palette Minis

First, use the lighter matte shades to create the base.  Next, blend the deeper shades into your crease.  Then, using your finger, or  an eyeshadow brush that has been sprayed with a bit of setting spray, apply the metallic and shimmer shades to the center of your eyelids.  Also, you can apply these shades on the inner corners of your eyes.  Last, to create liner looks on your upper and lower lash lines,  use a smudge or eyeliner brush.  Moreover, use the richest shades to line your upper and lower lash lines.  Also, use the richest shades in the outer corners of your eyes.
