THThis palette had me at the packaging! Next, I love all of the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea products! Also, I couldn’t pass up the palette’s vivid colors. Finally, The Rainforest of the Sea Collection’s Tarte High Tides Low Vibes palette is a win, win.
First, the packaging is so unique. Next, the shades are gorgeous for the summer. In addition, the shades come in three finishes, matte, shimmer and pressed glitter.
Moreover, the pressed glitter shades are good on their own. However, what makes them so amazing is, you can use them as toppers. In this way, you can instantly change a daytime, wear to work look, to a sexy, night out on the town.
Finally, the palette has twelve shades. First, the neutral shades are great building blocks to create your look. Second, the glitter shades are outstanding. They can transform any look from day to night! These glitter shades are what sets this palette apart from all of the other summer palettes.

To begin with, the High Tides Low Vibes Packaging is outstanding, innovative, and . First, the outer box shows huge, rough, high tide ocean waves! The palette’s compact is weighty.
Also, the scene is serene, a turtle swimming in calm ocean water. Although, when you move the palette, the water in the compact’s cover also moves. 
Yes, the water swirls around, and you can even see bubbles floating in the water.
Inside, there is a full-size mirror. Then, there are the twelve shadows. I love the arrangement of the colors in the palette First, the neutral matte and shimmer shades begin in the upper left-hand corner. Next, showcased in the center of the palette, are the four glitter shades. Last, in the lower left, are the azure ocean blue shades.

First, and always important, the palette is Leaping Bunny Certified. The four pressed glitter toppers aren’t messy! However, the best way to apply the glitters is with your finger, and pressing them into the eyelid. The eight blendable, vibrant shades are easy to apply. First, Buried Gold is a champagne shade that has a shimmery finish. I love this shade popped in the center of your eyelid.
Next, Beach Therapy is a tan shade with a matte finish. Again, the neutrals are the building blocks of your look. Therefore, use this shade as an all over base color.
Aloha Beaches is a cinnamon shade with a matte finish. Another neutral shade, I love it as a crease shade, in the outer corners of your eyes, and on your lower lash lines.
In addition, Beach Daze, a pink shade, has a glitter finish. I love the glitter shades as a topper over another shade. Also, it can be worn on your eyelids. Additionally, use Beach Daze to line your lower lash lines. Or, use it as a topper over the liner of your lower lash lines..
Then, Champagne Beach, a gold shade, also has a glitter finish. Champagne Beach looks amazing as a topper on your eyelids. Also, wear it by itself to lower your lower lash lines. And, using your finger, pop it in the center of your eye lids to give your eyes a pop!
Finally, South Beach, a melon shade, has a matte finish. Melon looks great on your eyelids. Also, you can wear it in your crease, or above your crease. And, use it to line your lower lash lines.

Next, Aquaholic, a teal shade has a glitter finish. Aquaholic is a fun, vivid shade. You may not want to wear it alone. You can use it as a topper over the matte aqua shade. This will take your look from day to night!
In addition, Turtlette, a silver shade, has a glitter finish. Again, wear this as a topper over your favorite shade. Also, wear it to line your lower lash lines. And, press it in the center of your eyelids to make your eyes pop!
Then, Surf’s Up, an aqua shade, has a matte finish.Aqua loooks great on your eyelids. I would carry aqua up to your crease.
Dive, a deep teal shade, has a shimmery finish. I love Dive in your crease, on the outer corners of your eyes, and to line your lower lash lines.
Deep Blue, my favorite shade, is a cobalt shade with a shimmer finish. Use deep blue to add definition to your eyes. Line your upper and lower lash lines with Deep Blue. Also, use it on the outer corners of your eyes, and on the outer corners of your eye lids.

I own nothing like this palette. First, the innovative packaging was inspired by Tarte’s passion for preserving marine life. Also, the turtle, on the front of the compact, represents Tarte’s ongoing support of the Sea Turtle Conservancy.
This is a fun palette. Furthermore, you can create a lot of looks for day and night! Also, the vibrant colors set it apart from all the other summer palette I’ve seen. Last, the colors are perfect for the spring and summer! And, the shadow shades are gorgeous!
