New York Fashion Week has come and gone. My favorite parts of fashion week are the fashions, both on the runway and on the streets. Also, I love the makeup that the models wear. First, the runway makeup is a reflection of the runway clothes. For the most part, the colors and textures of the clothes resonate with the colors of the makeup. Furthermore, the clothes and makeup from Fashion Week eventually find their way inside our favorite magazines, and stores. As a result, they become the newest trends of the season. Therefore, when I saw the New Limited Edition Marc Jacobs Jeweled Eye Collection, from the Fall 2018 Fall Fashion Show, I had to have it.
Why? Because the collection was curated so that we would all be able to recreate the beauty looks from the 2018 Fall show. The model’s wore jewel-toned, glittery, smoky eyes. Previously, I reviewed the two jewel-toned eye shadows that were created for the show : Marc Jacobs Glam Glitter Eyeshadow See-Quins. First of all, a makeup bag comes with the collection. In addition, I fell in love with its fuchsia color. Also, it is the perfect bag for your makeup because it is wipe-able. As a result, when you spill your foundation, you can wipe it up! Finally, the bag holds a good amount of makeup.
Marc Jacobs Jeweled Eye Collection Highliner Glam Glitter Gel Eye Crayon Glam Jam
To begin with, the Glam Glitter Gel Eye Crayon, Glam Jam,an oxblood shade with silver glitter.
If you love dark reds and deep burgundy colors, you’ll love Glam Jam! Furthermore, the Glam Glitter Gel Eye Crayon is a waterproof gel that has 12 hour wear time. Most important, you have 15 playtime seconds before the eye crayon sets.
Also, the Glam Glitter Crayon comes in a full size. Another plus, a sharpener is hidden inside the base of the liner. Marc Jacobs loves sparkle and shimmer. Hence, he says ” shine is my favorite color!” Moreover, the crayon is smooth as it glides on your eye. Finally, you have all the glitter without the grit! Seven shades come in the Glam Glitter Collection. If you were to purchase one at retail, it would cost $25.
Marc Jacobs Jeweled Eye Collection Highliner Gel Eye Crayon in Blacquer
First, the Blacquer Highliner Gel Crayon comes in a travel size. Above all, this is the liner I use every day. I love it because it is waterproof. Also, I love that it is easy to line and smudge your eyes. Another thing, the highliner comes with a sharpener built into the base of the liner. The reason for the sharpener is to keep the liner tip at a precise point.
To illustrate, it is a gel eyeliner that comes in a crayon. I sharpen mine with a tissue (it is that pliable!) The formula is so malleable, I press the point against a tissue, turning it to get the desired point. To read more about the Blacquer Eye Crayon Highliner in a satin finish, click here.
Marc Jacobs Jeweled Eye Collection Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara
This mascara gives plenty of volume and a thick full false eyelash look.
First, it has a curvy brush that places the most volume at the hard to reach center lash line. Also, use the tip of the wand to style your lashes for more drama. The formula contains super-concentrated black pigments.

Marc Jacobs Jeweled Eye Collection Last But Not Least
I love this kit because it has all of my favorite “must have” products. Also, it comes with a really cool, useful makeup bag. I think this would make a great gift for the Marc Jacobs lover (like me), or someone who would like to try these basic must have products.
